Ewing Jr is playing like a straight up Ballers. Even stranger is K-Mart's dominance as of late.

Yea they are nuts. I think Tracy McGrady will start to catch him.

Interesting that Kenyon is now with Detroit. I'm pretty sure he got traded there in my one too (Y)

Wish Kwame was scoring more :( Same with T-Mac. Wish Vinsanity was scoring less :(

Redick's only got 1 'r' by the way  Wouldn't normally bother pointing it out, just for some reason I like his name spelt correctly :P

I think you meant 1 D  But yea, I hope Tmac and Kwame get it doing. I definitely think Tmac will, I might need to fix some tendencies with Kwame. I love the way I have the pics too. You like the 1 on top and two under it or the one on top and three under it?

Martti. wrote:Iblocka is a beast.

Ewing Jr. should see a boost in his stats seeing as how Josh Smith will be out for so long. His minutes went up a lot in the rotation. Gerald Green I expect to keep on going up. It will be interesting to see where all these players are at later in the season, too early to tell anything right now.

Yea, the Kmart thing was me I have to admit. I played with the Pistons that game  Kmart just kept cutting to the basket and was too quick for Boozer and Noah. I hope this Pistons team can push for the playoffs, we will see.

I prefer the 1 up & 2 under.

As for the r instead of d, I guess that's what happens with babies & lack of sleep. You make basic mistakes late at night. What you think you said is not necessarily what you wrote down :facepalm2:

Okay okay, so I have been slacking. I'm sorry, my buddy talked me into buying Fallout: New Vegas. I can't stop playing that damn game, it's the first RPG I have ever played. Always just played sports games, but anyways I will be updating this tonight. Tonight as in Hawaii time tonight, so probably in like 5-8 hours. I'll play a game and give the daily update and try to get a behind the scenes in there. To my followers, we shall march on.

Game Summary
Both the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers came into this game at 2-0. This game would not be between the Warriors and the Lakers though, but would be Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry versus Kobe Bryant. The first quarter started off with Bryant and Ellis squaring off. Ellis scored seventeen of the Warriors’ first twenty-one points. Then Ellis went up for a layup and met a brick wall in Andrew Bynum. Ellis strained his back and would sit the rest of the first quarter. Bryant on the other hand just kept going and had twenty-seven points in the first quarter alone, while the rest of the Lakers had two points. Going into the second quarter you could tell Ellis was slowed down by his back and he would only score seven points in the second quarter. At halftime Kobe had forty-nine points, but the Lakers were still down by seven points.

Many people could tell this night was going to make history. Bryant had forty-nine at the half and didn’t seem to slowing down anytime soon. Then the second half happened… The very first play of the third quarter Andris Biedrins received his fourth foul when he rocked Kobe. The bad news? Bryant received the same injury as Ellis and strained his back. Bryant would sit for a couple minutes, but with history looming in the air he had Coach Jackson put him back in the game. He would only score fifteen points in the third quarter giving him sixty-four points in the game. The Lakers cut at the lead and found themselves down only four going into the final quarter.

Curry only had fifteen points going into the fourth quarter, but then he decided to blow up with Ellis slowed down by his injury. Curry would end up scoring seventeen points in the fourth quarter alone in helping the Warriors route the Lakers. The fans were still buzzing even though the Lakers were trailing by double digits in the fourth quarter. Kobe Bryant had become literally unstoppable. Everything was falling and he tallied up thirty-three points in the fourth quarter alone, but he would fall three points shy of Wilt Chamberlain’s record scoring only ninety-seven points. “I don’t care about the points, we got embarrassed out there tonight. The Warriors are a good team. It’s hard to keep up with guys like Ellis and Curry, they are very explosive,” Kobe Bryant said after the game.

Wilt’s spirit seemed to be there for the team he scored 100 points with because Kobe just couldn’t get those couple extra shots. Kobe now has the second and third most points in a single game. 97 points surpasses the previous Lakers single game record of 81 put up by Kobe Bryant. I don’t think Kobe will forget the Halloween he pretended to be Wilt, but in the end couldn’t muster up four points to take the record.

Yea, I was playing with the Lakers. I got in a groove with Kobe early and at the end of the 1st quarter when he had 27 all i was thinking about was if I scored 25 in each quarter from there that he would break the record. I got caught up in the moment I guess you could say. Didn't even notice the score really, I just knew I couldn't stop Curry and Ellis. They are so damn fast, no one could keep up with Curry. Not Blake, Fisher, or Brown.

Just for the record I beat Wilt's 100 during one of the Michael Jordan challenges...scored 103 with MJ

Note To All My Followers: Tomorrow is knee surgery Number 1 of 2 for me, so I might be out for a bit, not sure how long it will take me to get out of bed and play. We will see

You'd like Fisher scoring 50. I know.

But how can the Warriors win with Kobe playing like that?????

Well Thierry, I like this story a lot but I must admit that (as much as I like Kobe) Kobe scoring 97 is a tad unrealistic. Fisher scoring 50 is highly unlikely but Kobe, today, getting 100 is impossible.

100 is a legend.

Kobe scoring 97 is sick :D

40 FG made should be new NBA record? Kobe shot 40 from 49 Lakers FG.

I know only one person that could top the 100.... :cheeky:

Glad to see everyone talking about it. I feared that it would touch on the unrealistic side, but I had fun with it. Made some excitement early on in the season and it makes history for 'My NBA'. It will be a memorable moment, I'm thinking about saving replays through the year and having a highlight video at the halfway mark. I would do it with every update, but it takes so long to load replays from Ps3 onto my 2k account online. Anyways, I do agree with you Sit on the unrealistic side, but you know what else is unrealistic? All the players getting a magical boost in the middle of the off-season  I'm just in the business to entertain. Also, had my knee surgery done about 12 hours ago and I'm fucking miserable. I threw up and my knee is killing me, but I will drive on and play games! Actually, the reason I'll be playing games is because I have been knocked out all day and I'm bored as hell. I have some great ideas for some voting that will happen during the all-star break. I know it's down the road, but it'll be fun. I'm gonna try and pump out a lot of updates the next couple weeks because after that they will slow down because in addition to being in the military I will be starting to go to college online in my off time. Wow, I rambled on for a while...

Well, I can be one of the first to say that the magical boost was not what drew me to this story. However, I could accept some of them (not Shaq and the father-son upgrades)... But this Kobe 97 is way too over the board for my books. Sorry man! It's just my 2 cents.

Yea I got it about 13 hours ago. It makes everything incredibly difficult. Just getting up and getting something to drink is ridiculous. It doesn't help that since I'm in Hawaii I have no family here and I have to do everything on my own. It's frustrating, like once I got back I fell asleep and then when I woke up I had to throw up. Been throwing up all day, it's probably because of all the different meds they put me on. I'm guessing it's the anesthesia that made me sick. They put this big all wrap on my leg and I can't move my leg at all, highly annoying. I get time off of work though so plenty of time to play NBA and Fallout: New Vegas. I was surfing the net until I got this stupid ass virus on my computer called 'System Tool'. It acts as a security system saying I have like 38 infections in order to try and get me to give them my credit card information in order to buy the 'full version' to get rid of the infections. It won't let me open my computer's security system and changed my desktop to this ridiculous warning signs. Fucking hackers man.
