Try to delete all the cache files .. C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K11\Cache .. i hope it helps ..

- Fixed contract and salaries (based Hoopshype.com)
- Complete overall update for all (450+!) nba players: real players from nba arenas to your game!
- New touches tendencies for all players and some others shot tendencies changed
- New coach profiles for every team for better realism and specific game-style.

Albys gameplay v.2:
- Real nba game-style
- Good cpu on ball defense, very good cpu defense into the paint, some space for midrange and 3pt attempts.
- Real collisions and shot fouls number.
- Less cpu steals intercept and some cpu/user turnover for bad pass or bigmen bad ball-handling.
- % shots more realistic than 2K default game.
- Better user on-ball defense
- Cpu attack-style more aggressive, but also with more 3pt attempts.
- Real blocks number, more offensive rebounds (cpu and user) than 2K default game.
- All Star players performance: great, sometimes very great, but not always God.
- Various minor improvements

For better gameplay, use my sliders and set these values in gameplay menu:
Skill Level: All Star (better choice) or Pro or Superstar
Game speed: 46
Length quarter: 12 min. (or at least 10 m.)
Shots timing: shotstick or real % player (your choice: second one is more easy)
FT shot timing: real % player, difficulty 60.


Installation:
simply copy all files in your saves folder (C:\Documents and Settings\username\application data\2K Sports\NBA 2K11\Saves)
Start the game, LOAD "Albys RR1" (every time!!!), load "RR1 sliders normal" and play the quick game or start with Association mode.
"RR1 sliders hard" : alternative set of sliders, with more difficulty.

first i must say this roster say these rosters are my favorite so far one critique i have is a settings issue its been found that pro is the best sim difficulty for the moment i suggest personally that you base your sliders on those until the 1.2 patch because research shows it lessens the fast break issue

I had the same problem. You need download the portraits and missing ciberfaces.

guys, question pls...

im using RR4 roster by albys.. however, when i start an association (for example houston), the rotations gets messed up... it made all starters around 35++ mins and so few for bench.

it is not what RR4 has... any advise? or is it really like this.

^Are you new to this? I think CPU made auto-fix the line-up. Not sure though.
