I hate how Yao signs with the Cavs. You should keep him out of the game, he won't probably make another NBA game in RL.

Apart from that, the Suns are some serious contenders now. Lakers signing Andre Miller is interesting, same for the Mavs finally getting a decent backup for Dirk.

Oh and about the Sig: You like that red font or shall I make it in a different color. Buzzy's better anyway, but I had some fun doing this.

Rockets are garbage now that Yao and Brooks left. Unless they got a draft steal, they will be lottery bound next season.

September 24, 2011 - It should be an exciting season. In the first 58 game season, there are many interesting storylines. Who will win ROY? Is Melo a good fit in Phoenix? Can the Cheat Repeat? Quite the myriad of questions, all of which will be answered soon, as the pre-season is less than two weeks away! Here are the top five teams you should be watching this season:

5. MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES | Last Season: 32-50 | Starting 5: K. Irving | W. Johnson | J. Green | M. Beasley | K. Love
Surprised? After years of being among the league's bottom feeders, the Wolves went on a late tear to pull out 32 wins. Okay, they are still among the dregs of the league. However, the Wolves, led by #2 pick Kyrie Irving and new head coach Don Nelson hope to change that. The Wolves, a team lucky not to be contracted this summer, needed a serious shot in the arm, and Nellieball could be just that. Nellie vows to end the Wolves' league-leading seven season playoff drought. Some may wonder if the senile, 71 year old alcoholic can still coach, but the league's all-time winningest coach endeared himself to fans with his praise of Kevin Love: "I love that Kevin can hit the 3, rather than focusing on D". Can't wait.

4. PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS | Last Season: 36-46 | Starting 5: L. Ridnour | M. Thornton | N. Batum | L. Aldridge | Nene
After the Blazers' hopes of being a contender turned to dust along with Brandon Roy's knees, GM Rich Cho knew it was time to rebuild. And rebuild he did, as the majority of the roster has been turned over. Newcomers Nene, Harrison Barnes and Marcus Thornton are the biggest additions to this new-look team. An inexplicably extended Greg Oden says he is ready to dominate off the bench, and LaMarcus Aldridge hopes to build on his breakout 2010-11 season. It may not be a successful season in Rip City, but it should be an exciting one. Their future depends on Barnes' development, and Oden's knees, which you just know will be gone by November.

3. MIAMI HEAT | Last Season: 65-17 | Starting 5: J. Selby | D. Wade | L. James | C. Bosh | J. Anthony
Hate and make bad puns about them all you want, but the Miami Heat are for real. The defending champs dominated last season and in the playoffs, en route to their second title, winning it fair and square this time. Now sporting a very familiar roster (save for draft steal and new starting PG, Josh Selby), Miami will try to do it all again. Can/will anybody stop them? Time will tell. Unfortunately, I kind of doubt it. Even if Chris Bosh misses the season with a yeast infection, it's hard to see any team beating them this year.

2. LOS ANGELES LAKERS | Last Season: 51-31 | Starting 5: A. Miller | K. Bryant | R. Artest | P. Gasol | A. Bynum
Last year, we saw a disappointing year for the Lakers, in which they failed to three-peat. After a regular season where basketball pundits and Laker fans were just waiting for the team to "turn it on", it simply never happened. They barely made it into the conference finals before being destroyed by the Spurs. Now, Phil Jackson has surprisingly returned for one more year, and are out for redemption. However, it won't be easy. The off-season saw them lost super 7th man Shannon Brown to free agency, their aging core get a year older and the team pick up another discarded former Blazer point guard in Andre Miller. Furthermore, several Lakers are reportedly unhappy and the chemistry is gone. The Zen Master has his hands full this season, but if anyone can coach this team to a title, it's him.

1. PHOENIX SUNS | Last Season: 38-44 | Starting 5: S. Nash | J. Dudley | C. Anthony | Z. Randolph | M. Gortat
Two months ago, Carmelo Anthony surprised the world by taking this talents to the valley of the Suns. He joins fellow stars Steve Nash and Zach Randolph to form their own exciting big 3. They may not be as talented, or young as the Heat. However, the Suns have a deep bench and a fan base that actually goes to the games behind them. They might start rough. They might not play any D. They might be the most exciting team in the league to watch this year! I absolutely can not wait to see these guys in action, and you shouldn't either!

The T-wolves are going to be a fun team to watch. I think Nellie will put Darko on PG
