2k Association List

This is mainly for people wanting to start an association so that you can see which teams are taken already and to see how many of each team are going. Seeing as how the Association section has became so busy lately this might help in going through and checking out the stories. I'm going to go ahead and add the associations I see, if I am missing any active stories let me know and I'll go ahead and edit this bad boy. (Stole the bars from the live section, if there are any high speed association guys that want to make the bars so we can be different than the live guys just send em to me, but I'm not going to do it.)

There are a lot of teams that aren't really popular in this section. Jazz, Hawks, Sixers... Suns, Clippers have a lot of fans, I see.
