with the reditor, the general editing tutorial tells you what every column controls

being able to do custom formulas in excel/open office for ratings and pasting them in, being able to edit art IDs and many other things that we are not able to edit in the game. lets us create complete update mods for other leagues, do stuff with stadiums/coaches/D-League etc etc etc.

It lets us do a lot more than in the game

VI@d is there any chance that you would look @ the xbox 360 roster file to see if your tool can some how work with those?

Is anyone else having trouble editing short length? I type 1 under the short shorts tab for a certain jersey file and it has no effect. When I reopen the roster file after saving it is back to 0. There was no problem before the latest update version 6 I believe. Thanks.

This is for paid Reditor Guru version.

There is a free version. There are also different licenses you can purchase to use advanced features.

How can I create a script that lowers everyone's potential by 10? I tried "Players[i].SPot 10 -=" but it doesn't work. Do I need to set a variable for player's current SPOt first?

if you have the developer interface you can use the global editor, select SPOT and type in "-10" it will minus 10 rather than make the value -10

or you can do what I normally do, copy the entire column into excel/open office, do a simple formula (=A1-10) then paste it back.

Yep. The previous versions allowed me to edit short length. It's no longer working. It still shows the 1 under retro short length for me, it just doesn't change anything in game.

I'm attempting to add players to my roster file. I just had a bug that caused one of the newly created player last names to overwrite many other players. What causes this? I remember reading somewhere on this forum what caused it but I want to make sure it doesn't happen again...just lost 2 hours of work.

Just to confirm, this doesn't work on Windows7? I have 64-bit and it doesn't run the setup program. Any suggestions, would love to try this editor. Thanks.
