Are you going to pump up some shooting tendencies for these 3 winners too so that their sim stats improve?

Shooting Tendencies will absolutely be changed. With Tracy McGrady winning by a landslide I think a 15 point change is very acceptable. :giggity:

Just can't read thoroughly, maybe +1 font size could be better.. I'll be following..

They were never destined to be stars

The Idea - They were never destined to be stars
Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, and Shaquille O'neal have been voted to be better and to return to past form. These three players at one point in time were the among the best in the league, but for the following group of players they would only dream of being the best. People enjoyed the previous vote because we might get to see what Tracy McGrady could have done, but this next vote is where I make this My NBA. It's time to get to the unrealistic part of this association. The next group of players were never supposed to be stars, they just didn't have what it took. Some of them young and some of them old, they are at the bottom of the food chain. Most of them are burried on the bottom of their teams' rotations, while the other handful aren't even on a team. We gave McGrady fifteen points, then gave Carter and O'neal ten points. How about these players? I say we give them twenty points. Yes, twenty more overall points, it would boost most of these mediocre players into the sixties or seventies. That would put them in the rotation and we would get to find out what these players might have been in some alternate universe. There are seventeen players below and it is our job to vote four of these lucky men into the NBA rotation.

PG Dee Brown - Free Agent
Age 26 - Overall 58

SG Gerald Green - Free Agent
Age 24 - Overall 56

SF Adam Morrison - Free Agent
Age 26 - Overall 54

SF Darius Miles - Free Agent
Age 29 - Overall 59

PF Sean May - Free Agent
Age 26 - Overall 56

C Mikki Moore - Free Agent
Age 35 - Overall 57

SF Jason Kapono - 76ers
Age 29 - Overall 58

C Kwame Brown - Bobcats
Age 28 - Overall 62

SG Matt Carroll - Bobcats
Age 30 - Overall 55

PF Brian Scalabrine - Bulls
Age 32 - Overall 44

C Ryan Hollins - Cavaliers
Age 26 - Overall 55

C Hasheem Thabeet - Grizzlies
Age 23 - Overall 59

C Aaron Gray - Hornets
Age 26 - Overall 58

SG J.J. Reddick - Magic
Age 26 - Overall 65

C Alexis Ajinca - Mavericks
Age 22 - Overall 43

PG Chris Quinn - Spurs
Age 27 - Overall 56

PF Vladimir Radiotoxic - Warriors
Age 30 - Overall 53

EDIT: Remember you have 4 votes.

I voted (in order of my preference): Adam Morrison (an absolute must), Kwame Brown (let's give him better feet & hands & make him a real number 1 pick), Gerald Green (should've been good) & J.J. Redick (it wouldn't be right to not have Ammo vs Redick battle at the NBA level like they had at college level).

I don't think it's unrealistic for any of the above players to be 20 overall points better (Redick being the exception) had their career paths taken a different trajectory :P

Me and you both. I voted Adam Morrison because he was my favorite collegiate basketball player. Kwame Brown because he needs to be as good as a first overall draft pick. Gerald Green because if we give him an all around game, his explosiveness would be so fun to watch. Then Reddick just because I want to see him and Morrison battle at the professional level. Wow, I just said everything you did.

I was tempted to go for Darius Miles. You get 4 votes!

Miles, B-Scal, Green and Thabeet (Though it's early to tell, just his 2nd season).

Voted Ammo (epic stache!), Redick, Scal, and Kwame Brown. :) Other poll I voted T-Mac, VC, and... I forgot the last one.

I like your idea of controlling all the teams, Agent420. Really fun to play with different teams, you'll probably never get bored. I'll follow as long as you don't bury the Rockets in the basement of the leage.

Ammo, Scal, Carroll, Green.

This is going to be crazy. :D

EDIT: Just to let you know, you have Ryan Hollins listed as a Bobcat. He's a Cav now.

Gerald Green, Kwame Brown, and Hasheem Thabeet are tied for that last spot as of right now. I'll probably let this one go through Saturday, close race. :giggity:

How can this poll have a chump like Scalabrine & not a star like Sean Marks?

Last time Kwame was second, what is wrong with you people give Kwame some votes.

I agree. It's silly people throwing their votes on Scalabrine :P

I already have. I sacrificed by Redick vote for Kapono to give Kwame a better chance. I can't change anybody's elses but I can change my own. I kept my top 3 choices (Ammo, Kwame & Gerald Green) but sacrificed Redick since he's as good as he ever was going to be.

EDIT: I could delete the Scalabrine poll option but that would be an abuse of my mod powers & not in the spirit of the Association/Dynasty forums so I will not :P

I don't understand why you all don't make Kwame a star, he has the chance to be an 82 overall. Instead we will have a red headed step child getting some minutes in for the Bulls.

Maybe we can make Kwame an exception

If you get people the option of choosing a red headed pale fan favourite over anybody else, they'll choose the ginger everytime :shake:

Hmm, I changed my vote again. Gerald Green lost a vote from me & I gave it to Dee Brown. Now Kwame is equal 4th

Maybe I should create another account to have Kwame more votes
