Why warriors J.Adrien's head is missing in gameplay? Please help.

Not entirely sure what I did wrong since I followed the readme instructions exactly, but quite a few of the players are now headless with white arms. Gary Forbes has DeAndre Jordan's face/tats, and Tiny Gallon has Patrick Beverley's face (Patrick Beverley also has his own face correctly).

Same thing happened to me using these portraits in 2K10. My game was screwed up and never the same again. Followed the directions correctly and had a bunch of players with no heads and white arms. Didn't correct it until the REDitor came out. I'll pass until they get it fixed.

Eman and Pistol, this is different from the 2k10, with this, i only change their PORTRAIT ID and not the CF ID. If your CF is wrong maybe it's your downloaded file.

townnet, because there is no CF yet for J.Adrien that is why it's missing. This is what you gonna do or any others that have a problem with the missing CF's, Find a CF that looks like him and rename it to his png no. Ex. J.Adrien is png1899, i used for Amir Johnson w/c is png1452. Copy Amir Johnson to a temp folder and rename it to png1899 (J.Adrien) and paste it in your 2K11 game folder. Same with the rest that do not have CF yet. We just wait for the CF patchers to do the missing CFs. Ok hope it help you guys!

use already your new roster and missing portraits in your 1st post... i put all the missing potraits (.iff) in my 2k11 folder.. when i run the game and go to manager roster... all of the portraits are gone.... then suddenly it crash the game... it exit the game... what happen to it bro? is my mistake? pls help.. tnx.. gbu

I put .cdf/.iff files in 2K11 folder, put roster in Saves, downloaded Lin, Asik and few more missing CFs from Calvin & Koresh and renamed .iff files as described in excell file. All missing portraits were there, as it should be, but all renamed iffs were fu-ck-ed up. For example, I renamed Sy Pape`s png1898.iff to png0095.iff. When I entered the game, went to Pape, photo was there, but CF was with white hands and no head. And all renamed IFF/CF were white hands&no head except downloaded ones.

What have I done wrong??? Some help, please...

Don't rename the CF-files!

Only the portraits have new numbers. CF's are the same as before.

this roster MrXKarlopbXiaoju ROS is real bad! Siller from Suns got 80 overall, Jeter from Sacramento got 88 overall, lol real bad ratings. Many no headers.

OK, I put some different IFFs, renamed it with these numbers (not yellow column in excell file) and no more headless, white-armed players...finally works good...

The easiest way to use this portrait update is to change the roster you were using before.

It's very easy to update any roster with correct portrait no and new cyberfaces.

Download the "my player cf hack" here: viewtopic.php?f=136&t=76049

Open the program < - > open the game, go to edit the player you want to change < - > alt+tab back to the program < - > the first box is PORTRAIT NO hit F1 - the 2nd box is CF NO hit F2 - DONT CHANGE THE 3RD BOX < - > go back to the game and save the player and then save your roster < - > ALL DONE

I had the same problem (see few posts above). I downloaded few missing faces like Semih Erden, Jeremy Lin, Sy Pape, Ishmael Smith... And, as I wrote already, these were headless whities (exactly like in your pics):

So, I took few IFFs from different guys and copy & rename it with numbers next to the name. Well it`s not exactly right faces, but is far more better than creeps with no heads...and working good for me...

Just type the name of the player you want. I did it that way.

Hey, Mr.Xcitement96, is it OK to put missing faces you made (Lin, Uzoh, Forbes, etc...) into All Players Portraits 1.0 and put it here for download??? I cannot find Torres9658 thread to ask him for the approval, because he use photos from this year`s NBA media day and those are far better than default ones...
