Stamina always full!

Ok, I've been searching on Google and on NLSC for a while, and I couldn't find a thing. Here it is. Every single game, stamina of every player is full! All the time! It's kind of stupid to play that way (no need for subs then.. 
), so I'm searching for a solution.
I got through every single line of "Option" meni in-game, but there's no such thing to edit. (also I've checked the sliders, there's no this stamina-thing in there)
Damn it.

Doh, didn't saw that.
Anyway, what does that slider has to be set up to? 45?

45 is default, if you really want to see the effect to know that it works turn it up to 100
