KJ at his best!
The Suns blew out the Bulls with a nearly 20 point win. The dominating force today was the young Guard Kevin Johnson. Scoring 41points and 8 assists. He seemed to hit the basket from any position. "KJ" could turn out as one of the best Point Guards this season.

Despite the Bulls have a record of 17:6 it is a fact that they lost their important games this season. The competition this year will be much tougher especially the Western teams made a statement so far. The last Champion from the West were the Lakers in 1988.

Detroit with the win!
The two times NBA Champion the Detroit Pistons defeated the Bulls in a very close and fast game with 2points. In one of the most enthusiatic games this season noone slowed down and the fans saw a spectacular game on both sides.
Despite Jordan made 58 points, which means a season high for him, the Bulls werent able to win. One reason for that was the bad performance from the Freethrow line. The Bulls only had a percentage of 0.615 and missed 5 of 10 Freethrows in the last 3 minuites.

Rodman was once again the dominating man under the basket, he made 17 rebounds and added 15 points. Rodman said that the Pistons are not afraid to challenge the Bulls in the Playoffs and that they are able to grab another ring this year.

Maybe he will get some competition when Larry Johnson returns from his injury. Johnson couldnt play the first 10 weeks, i am exciting about his performances later on.

I am also pleased about B. Daugherty showing up as a MvP candidate, but the Cavs only 14th in the East.

The Eastern Conference is still very disclosed, many teams are in the reach of the playoffs. The Western already drawn up some favourites.

The 1991/92 Raptors

For sure the Raptors and the Grizzlies entered the NBA 4years later but in this Dynasty they are already playing in 91/92. I tried to draft some talented and also some routined players to the team.
Starting with Roy Tarpley maybe the leading player of the Raptors a strong defensive worker and point gatherer. Chris Gatling a promising rookie on the Power Forward position. Orlando Woolridge the veteran teacher with his 10 NBA pro years. Rex Chapman point gatherer and three point shooter. Completing the team with the young talented Point Guard Terell Brandon.

Easy win for the Bulls...
The young team from Toronto didnt had a chance to win the game tonight. The Bulls were the superior team in almost all situations. Maybe not the most glorious win this season, but though it is important to stay close to the leading teams in the East. The Raptors made a bad start in their introducing year with only 5 wins out of 21 games.

Robinson dominates!
Though the Spurs only play a common season they were able to beat the Bulls. One reason for that was the strong performance of David Robinson, the young agile Center from the San Antonio Spurs impressed the spectators with his smart and graceful play. On the other side he showed no mercy dominating the boards with 17 rebounds and he set up a wall with 7 shot blocks.
Phil Jackson said after the game that this type of player envisions the new role of a movable and agile big man and it surely wouldn't be a disadvantage to have such a player in your team.

For the Bulls again Grant did a solid performance, Jordan played a little under his means. After all it was a close defeat for the Bulls and another step for the Pacers towards the Leadership in the Eastern Conference.

Deserved win for the Bulls.
It was once again the clash of the two superstars Michael Jordan and Dominique Wilkins which electrified the basketball fans. Wilkins started furiously in the evening, scoring 14 of his 31 points in the first quarter.
It was a fast entertaining basketball game. Augmon and Wilkins repeatedly led to spectacular scenes.

In the end, however, the bull's took the win. This was due to B.J. Armstrong who made 16 out of 16 free throws this evening.
For the Atlanta Hawks, the situation is getting critical, with only 10 wins from 26 games, they are faraway from their previous year position.

A night to remember!

A memorable evening which took place today at Madison Square Garden. The showdown between two main contenders in the Eastern Conference.

The night started for the Knicks with a shock. Early on in the first quarter Patrick Ewing suffered an injury. Despite that loss the Knicks continued and finally led the first half with 10 points. Which was mainly to the strong performance by John Starks in the first half, scoring 27 points.
The Knicks fans were able to breathe in the second half after Ewing entered the court again. Ewing was also the light that kept the Knicks flame burning in the 2nd half. Scoring 14 points 12 rebounds 2 blocks and 2 steals, he conceded almost all in the second half.

At the end of the game the lead changed again and again. Marc Jackson and Michael Jordan hit three pointers one by one. In the end the Bulls defended a 4 point lead to their 20th victory this season.

This was really a hard game. Maybe one of the toughest so far. Until the end i didnt think that i am able to win. As you see the Knicks were in the lead throughout the first three quarters. Starks and Jackson were able to hit from almost everywhere it was horrible for me.

The Raptors are by far the worst team in the league, they lost 13 games in a row now.

Armstrong named game MVP

A convincing victory for the Bulls over the Mavs. Already leading the first quarter with 14 points the Bulls controlled the game and dominated the Mavs.

B.J. Armstrong was elected to the games MVP scoring 26 points and 14 assists. He also did a new season best hitting eight 3 pointer in the game.
Overall the Bulls showed a strong performance from the 3 point line. In all they made 14 three pointers with a percentage of .636% .
The Bulls made their 3rd win in a row and catched up a bit to the Pacers who lost at Detroit the day before.

For the Mavs it was the second defeat against Chicago this season.

The Bulls got a run

With another superior win the Bull defeated the Magic with 10. The Magic who just traded J. Reynolds for Tim Perry remained colorless.
The new guy Perry couldnt convince in his first entry for the Magic. It seems that the Magic already planning for the next season to build up a new team for some better results than the last years.

The next two games will be much tougher than the last ones. The Bulls welcome two of the most ambitious teams in the league. Philadelphia had a bad start but they are increasing their performances every evening.
The Knicks surely want to get revenge for their loss last week. If Ewing is completely out of sore this will be a huge task for the Bulls.

The Chicago Bulls made the 5th straight win and presented their home crowd a capturing performance. The 76ers could resist a long time, responsible for that was the stunning forward Charles Barkley. Barkley became the leading player of the 76ers in the last few years after the loss of Malone and the retirement of Erving.
Despite his small appearence for a Power Forward , only 6ft 6, he once again dominated the boards, He scored 12 points and grabbed 16 rebounds this evening.

The Knicks were not able to take revenge for the harmful loss last week. Even Ewing made some defensive statements , denying 6 shot attempts it wasnt enough to stop the rolling Bulls this evening.

Scottie Pippen impressed the coach scoring 25pts and 11 rebounds. As the season goes on he seems to improve his benefits. Chicago now has a record of 24:8 , if they continue like that maybe they are able to catch up with the Pacers , who still leading the league with a record of 26:4.

Thats a point i already thoght about.

Doing a fantasy draft, or apply the real 1992 draft; Shaq to Magic, Mourning to Hornets etc...

The first choise would have some intersting moments, maybe Shaq to Cleveland or something like that.

I am still not sure about that point it shouldnt get to unreliable, what do you think?

I feel you have to allow teams like the Magic, Raptors or Bobcats an opportunity to get better. This isn't supposed to be what actually happened. Its what would happen if these team were inducted in the NBA at the 92 season so imo u have to let to go its course. If the Magic end up with the worst record they have the opportunity to draft Shaq but if they don't and the Bobcats end up with Shaq he has to stay there unless he leaves via Free Agency or Draft.
