He recommends 10 to 12 minute-quarters, so I think that half of the recommended lenght isn't a great choice

Maybe Hard is better for real % shot and great cpu defense, but this depend of your ability and team used.
If you use a good team for association mode(Boston, Lakers, Miami or other first 10 nba teams) you can try use these Hard sliders.
If you use Minnesota or Toronto or other minor franchise, better Normal.

However tonight i post sliders values in text format, with difference between 2 version...

thx i already read that before, but i guess someone is playing only 5 mins, thats why i ask. Playing 10-12 mins is crazy for me, dont have enough time tbh.

For association mode, i suggest Draft class maked by Rapboy.
