It Lags for me, when I play in association... And I didn't backed up my files... Could someone please upload original files so I won't have to reinstall the game, because I have a lot of patches installed...

this is nice and all but for a regular season game it just doesnt look right...does 2k11 have different iff files for playoff crowds this year?

i think amarowade knows that. i'm using his crowd and stadium file for the lakers at it's really dim..

I believe it's texture #1. I compared the Lakers Dim Crowd, team.iff to the Lakers Home Team Crowd, team.iff and that's the texture. I gave it an attempt a few days ago but the Dim Crowd texture is saved as a transparent dds file. I couldn't figure out how to save the dds and retain the transparency in Paint Shop Pro 8. I do know how to save transparent pngs, but that's no help here. So, the difference is that the Home Team Crowd's texture is black, (R:0, G:0, B:0 O:255, 100%) with a transparent background and additions to the pattern, and the Dim Crowd's texture is transparent black, (R:0, G:0, B:0 O:114, 45%) with a transparent background.

What I was hoping would work, was to give the foreground color of the Home Team Crowd's texture, the transparency effect of the Dim Crowd texture, but again, I couldn't figure out how to save the dds and retain the transparency. Maybe someone else can give it a try?

I finally figured this thing out. I don't have time to work with the degree of darkness right now, but this is a quick rough comparison. FYI, I'm using Karlopb's Global - Shadow mod xxx-3, and YDH's Realike HD ENB v2.

How can you change the Poster in the Crowd(example: Bulls with Poster of Boozer) How can I change that?! I'm using the 2k9 iff Editor and I cannot find the Image of Boozer so that I can change it! Anyone?!

You have to convert the resource, (export resource #1 in team_xxx.iff) to a .tga file, (DDS Converter 2 will do this) then you will be able to see and edit the image. I use ModTool so I think the number for you will be off by 1.

Spurs crowd should be more white shirt than gray, hope you can fix that.
