But hey you still have Young Nugg (Young Buck), Perko, Power, JR Smith, KD (he should step up more) who sould help you? Right?
They should all gain more confidence now that they are gonna play in a much bigger role without Chancey and Yao and Andersen aging already. You still have a whole alot of talent i believe.
There's definitely a great foundation for the future with my squad at the moment. I'd love for Jennings to step in Chauncey's boots but I'll be looking to sign a quality back up just for insurance; Yung Gold isn't quite as consistent as Mr Big Shot yet.

Looking forward to free agency!
I concur; he had an incredible playoffs series from the first round to the NBA Finals. A fitting fairwell to a great leader of the game

The X wrote:Liking the off-season coverage. Should be interesting to see how you re-tool the team for another run

I still have a few decisions to make as far as ramping up the difficulty and what not, but I can't suck on Superstar on NBA Live 10 as much as I suck on All-Star in 2k11

And I can't wait to see what he delivers as the floor general for my team

Chauncey Billups's retirement will definitely give BJ more time to shine. Hope all goes well in the offseason.

I'm also glad that Yao worked for his ring too. He was an integral part of my team and after all the injuries he's endured, it's nice to give him a Grant Hill-esque redemption season

We'll see what happens. As much as I like Jordan Hill, it doesn't feel fair to have him warming my bench. He's much better than that... atleast in this dynasty.
Andrew wrote:A shame that Mr Big Shot has called it a day but he's going out on a high, which I'm sure eases the disappointment he's not making a run at Robert Parish's record. What a career he's had in your Dynasty, a Nugget through thick and thin and an integral part of every single championship. Make sure you don't give anyone else #1 so long as you keep this Dynasty going.

Or this Dynasty won't make Hall of Fame

Since the game doesn't retire jerseys anymore (Live '04 anyone

), you have to manage it yourself.
It was a feature I liked in 06 as well. Like Camby's 23, I shall keep my eye out for any imposters that might want to wear Chauncey's #1

Wow... Just he was 42 years old when retiring. At least some cap space for young guns.
Anyway, good to see that you won a ring AGAIN.
HOF this one.
Thanks for the HOF recommendation

And Badger (sorry, I'll forever know you as Badger), you know I love my dinosaurs

Though he's probably not the same player he is in his rookie year.
The surprising thing is, T-Mac 2.0 is only 26!
It seems like he's been around forever, but age is still well and truly on his side. He still has the potential to get better at this age I think, though with his inconsistancy and lack of playing time, his ceiling may have been lowered.
z02 wrote:So what big names are in free agency this year?
The biggest one is definitely the reigning MVP Stephen Curry. Then again, almost the entire Suns roster is on free agency, including the other two of the big three (James and Oden). I'm not likely to make a play at those guys though.

Sorry it's taken me so long. Aside from purchasing Fallout New Vegas and trying to get an Association going on NBA 2k11, my PS3 keeps coming up with a ps3 trophies error and won't let me boot up NBA Live 10. It's a bit of a pain in the ass but hopefully it's something that can be fixed because I have every intention with going on with this season.
