This time, as usualI took the missing players and fixed their arm colors.

As you all know,
the all-decade legends from previous games are still here,
2k simply didn't include them in the roster files,
The textures and the headshapes are pretty much the same as last year,
but 2k didn't fix their arm skins.l
What I did is that I fixed their arms colors.
by the way, it may be annoying in the way that I put them into seperate files,
but I think that will be more handy for patching.
if you want to copy them all, you can simply search for all iff files in that folder( I know I am stating the obvious, but just in case someone doesn't know)
