editing tweaking problem..

For first..sorry..if i put this thread in the wrong corner of the forum...

This is my problem: I would like to tweak my own roster...
I have Live2003Tool but with this editor the problem is that i can't use DK's coefficient 'cause i cant,for example,multiply by 0.5 or every number under 1...
So i downloaded Live2001Access but i cant edit even with that 'cause ask me for BDE..i tryed to download it but ..Impossible..It ask me for aq previuos version that i haven't..
At least even if i use Live2003tool..my "general"rating of players it is still the original..
So...How can i do?(for the 3 question,.,.,.,.)
