But your best player, T-Mac 2.0, never had a stache.

Or does he?

FUCK YEAH!!! :headbang: :headbang:

Just kidding.

Adam Morrison has really overachieved this season in my franchise. He's scoring 12 ppg from off the bench in Sacramento.

One of the many reasons. ;)

Time's running out before the release of NBA Elite 11 so I'm still hoping I can get through my current season at least. Worst case scenario, if NBA Elite 11's Dynasty Mode isn't up to scratch then I'll definitely be continuing it but I think it's something I'll continue to play/sim on the side regardless. I'm hoping NBA Elite 11 delivers the goods and in that case I will have a Dynasty thread for it going but I'd like to keep the 06 thread going for a while too as I've really been enjoying it since picking it up again.

It'd be kind of hard keeping two threads though. Don't be another Thierry. :P While your Bulls dynasty is going well, I'd like to see what team you'll pick for Elite 11.

Given the offseason signings, it'll be the Bulls again. ;) It may be that I have to put the 06 one aside for a while, if I'm into an NBA Elite 11 Dynasty then I'll certainly be keeping a thread going as long as I have the time, but having said that I won't shelve the 06 one immediately or indefinitely, it's something I'd come back to even if I'm simming it a bit more.

No matter if I get Elite or 2K, I'll continue my Live 10 Rockets. It's been tons of fun, and it's the only reason I play Live 10 these days. Saying that, I still have to play my 2 games for the next 2-game Recap.

I think that was just in the previous year (year 8)... I know it's fairly recent.

Yeah, I've learnt that the hard way. I guess I lost interest in my Heat Association with all the signings in the off-season

I reckon since it's on PC, you should just set it aside in case there's another NBA Live 10-esque patch that comes out for Elite 11. But ending the season before the new game comes out definitely gives you a nice target to try and achieve.

Good to hear; I'll probably do the same with mine too. I was going to end it after the 10th, but hearing that no one has done 25 (atleast in a story) just makes me want to reach it even more

It'd be nice if you achieve 25, then that'll be considered the best dynasty in the HOF! (Y) Still don't know how long I should keep mine going, maybe after my Big 3 retires.

I can't imagane it being too hard keeping two seperate threads. I'm keeping two threads but they are interrelated. I'm thinking of starting a new one after the playoffs & offseason and maybe make "Bobcats in the Sun" just a simmed franchise. I've got some really nice ideas for a new franchise.

you heard it here first ...

On that note, simming with the Dallas mavericks with the original rosters from Live 2003, I only made a couple roster changes - I traded Popeye Jones and Evan Eschmeyer for Jason Richardson and moved Michael Finley to SF and Dirk to PF.
Record 66-14 - second seed in the West next to the 70-12 Lakers. I swept the Suns and the Super Sonics and then was swept by the Lakers in the conference finals. Bit of a letdown.

Absolutely, it's something I can see myself coming back to at any rate but it'll be nice to have it on hand if things don't go well with NBA Elite 11.

Durantula_MVP, if rosters are edited or a fantasy draft, it's possible. Also Minnesota is more crap than L.A. Clippers.

You should see my franchise's rosters for Toronto. They have a crazy trio of Bosh, Turk, and Iggy.

-By the way, my franchise's playoff contest is up if you want to check it out.

Well I just posted the start of my third year with the 76ers...two time champs, great....this season I added Prince to the roster. Now I have the big 3 underdogs Howard, AI and Prince...it´s going to be great.

In my Rockets dynasty, the Heat offered me Joel Anthony for Kyle Lowry. I rejected the offer, no matter how great and epic Anthony is.

In my portland dynasty i traded, (after i traded for Darren Collison from new orleans) Rudy Fernandez and Darren Collison to milwaukee for Brandon Jennings, now i have a great young back court who can develop into superstar. We're basically an inside scoring oriented team with a good back court now, and a better starting point gaurd in Jennings than we have in our playmaker Andre Miller. We made the plays in our first year with winning only 38 games. and we lost in the first round of the playoffs to dallas. In the rookie draft we drafted a 7'1 center because this year Greg Oden is a agent, we also made another trade to some team for a rookie shooting gaurd rated in the 70's.

Hmm...you're talking about notable dynasty trades, then?

Re: The "How is your Dynasty/Franchise going" Thread

Fri Sep 24, 2010 7:46 pm

Yep, notibale trades, we also made another trade which invovled trading Ben Gordon, Charlie V and Greg Oden to phoenix for Robin Lopez whom i wanted to develop, and Jason Richardson who is now part of our big three which includes, Brandon roy and lamarcus Aldridge, you could say we have a big four with Brandon Jennings. Jason Richardson is our starting shooting gaurd with Brandon Roy coming off the bench. We also have Jose Calderon and Hedu from toronto, i forgot how we got them. I think one of the players involved in a trade for Turky and Jose was Andre Miller, i need another three poiint shooting point gaurd, which i got in Calderon.
