is there a way to gain access to the xbox 360 game files

I know u wont be able to see any folders, but is it possible to view hex values by placing the cd in your pc and opening it with a hex editor or notepad. Can someone with the xbox 360 or ps3 nba 2k10 or 2k11 demo try it and see what they come up with?

you could look at the roster files, but not the game files themselves unless you have a modded xbox.
