I believe he's asking if we can add a new control to the game that allows us to perform one button substitutions (or something along those lines). The answer is no.

Is it possible to change camera angles with one button? Or is it that we cannot add new controls?

No, the aems folder is not an art folder. Please see the readme file that KidJustin has provided for installation information.
