away uniforms at home games confirmed! finally

can't say I liked that in air collision or the putback dunk....looks like the game is still going to have some issues that will need to be tweaked but it still looked great. love the new plays system

Looks really good but it looks like people are getting 'sucked' in by the screens or is it just me? It's a good fix and easier to control but I hardly use it.

He broke that 2K10 play and you can tell. When he gives it back to the pg after the pick and roll the play diagram disappears and all players including Durant move to a more freelance position in the offense. That was not Durant "getting open." However, breaking plays is an issue in 2K10. I didn't see a speed difference with Durant and Turk, other than Turk taking awkward angles that caused him to stop and change the angle a couple times while Durant ran a nice curvy cut around the screens.

Either way, it looks to have improved a lot. I see a thread covering the strengths and options of all the plays in the future.

What's with the shots of the backboard? They all seem to go almost to the top of the board and then in, it looks ridiculous.

Seems like Czar enjoyed himself too much in the second vid. Not enough new info unlike the first vid.

I wonder if it is just how he plays or if there is something still wrong with the controls. When I run plays I try to stay on the path. He takes some weird angles around screens sometimes.

Looks like they benefited from Mike Wang seeing the official NBA team playbooks for Live 10. Offball movement and variations are looking good.

Some of Duncans shots are really high of the backboard, I also noticed that. Apart from that, it looks superb.

Just look how high the ball goes of the backboard. Even with simple layups, ie. Parker has a simple layup and he puts it of the backboard but the ball goes above that square on the board.

I noticed that in the previous videos as well but just thought it's something they will take care of. I guess they won't and it's too bad because it looks unrealistic as hell.

Yep, you can be off a little bit with the path and the play will still continue. That's why I wonder why some plays are easily broken while others are not in 2K10.
In some plays you don't even have to be in the initial spot to start the play, you can just have the ballhandler already be in the proceeding spots if the play calls for it and it will still continue.
Maybe that's the reason why play calling is a bit broken in 2K10. They tried to have the plays flow based on positions on the floor instead of following a specific path but didn't get to implement it properly and resulted in the suckiness.

Thanks. (Y)

The difference in spacing is certainly well-illustrated. I think that Gasol one-hander in the post is a good example of what () was talking about though, it was a little awkward and the arc a little high off the backboard. Still not too bad though and it's the only one like it that stood out.

Good to hear, though it wouldn't be a gamebreaker for me if it wasn't. I can live with a couple of awkward animations that are probably more evident in videos than in the midst of playing the game.

I wonder two things:

- Can plays/playbooks/sets be moved from team to team? For example, maybe I'd like to run the Lakers' triangle with the Bulls.
- Are plays/playbooks/sets the same for each team for all time? If in a dynasty the Lakers have personnel, in year 10, closer to the current Spurs, for example, would they run a play set similar to what the Spurs run? Or, in a Dynasty, would the Lakers run the triangle forever even long after Kobe and everyone else retires?
