High-scoring teams average about 107-110 ppg, so 133 is very high.

thanks i'll take that into consideration, after i use basiliopatrick's sliders for adjustments i'll play a regular exhibition to test before continue the next game of my dynasty

12 mins. playing time is fine.. The only problem is probably the sliders..

Well, if you really want 12 mins a game then the only thing is make ur sliders SUPER ULTRA MEGA HARD!!!!!!!
I think thats the only solution for the scores to be realistic enough ryt?

.PorkyJoker.o6, i've been looking for super ultra mega hard sliders for a long time....(i'm not trying to be cocky) but i'm such a LIVE vet that i can kill any team with any team any day....i'd play games like wolves vs celtics just for a challenge....and beat the celtics easily..i really need better sliders...the cpu has gotten more challenging, but its still not real

Yeah me too, i've been playin Live 08 (w/o Patches) for 2 or more years and almost a year w/ patches im on a superstar level and yet still, seems rookie to me.

Have you guys tried to lower the inside,mid,long range shots? I think I have them 45,55,60. It's still easy though I only change my style of play. Like don't go for interceptions and don't force inside shots (baseline shots) also I like to set up plays when it's only 16 seconds left on the shotclock. I got pretty realistic game in 10 minutes per quarter.

KidJustin, I PMed you my sliders. Their good for 10 minutes (in-game) but if you might want to tweak it for 12 minutes it's okay with me. Experiment a little with the sliders. Goodluck!

PS: I always take a shot with less than 12 seconds in the shot clock. Set up some plays before taking a shot to make it more realistic

here is the boxscore of a test game (i did it in Play Now and played against the same Mavs roster i just played a 2OT in my dynasty - for comparison) i did with the sliders basiliopatrick gave me but i adjusted them with some of the info from my sliders...



what do u think? good enough to continue my dynasty with? please comment

Wow! how do you managed to make the CPU used the bench a lot? Is this in 2OT too? If it is the slider is great

dare, nope, its just a regular Superstar level with 12 mins

the only thing u can't tell is that i took basiliopatrick advice of not starting my offense right away (wait till around the 12 sec mark of the shot clock)...unless a player is ridiculously wide open OR a fast break OR offensive rebound

about the bench use....it might be a little skewed. dirk had 3 fouls in the 1st quarter...
not sure if it was just a bad game or something else was wrong...or how it would effect the bench if he didnt get into early foul trouble

It's not OT? The scores are still to high man, try playing 10 or 11 minutes..

KidJustin, I agree with dare.These sliders look really good,but try reduce your time by a minute or two.
Otherwise it seems they're ok

IMHO, Having a score of 115-120 at 12 minutes of playing in-game is pretty fair. But as I have said from my previous post, my sliders are good for 10 minutes. Maybe you could give it another shot there KJ. Try another game with other teams for 12 minutes and let's see what could be the results.

PS: Did you tweak my sliders yet? With the Mavs vs Clippers game?

Is the cpu taking shots too quickly? I could modify the aiact in an attempt to make them use more clock, it I cant guarantee it will work, but it has in the past.

I can score over 200 points a game in a 12minute quarter length with Orlando Magic even it is superstar

I'd say it's definitely looking a bit better with those slider tweaks.
