If I remember correctly (the pic was taken last August), there's already 10 drinks in one of those. So 4 would make it 40.

In France, we call it a "meter of beer", with 10 glasses as well. The only difference is it's not something that you carry with a handle, the glasses are just placed on a meter long wooden tray.
We also have the "giraffe", which is sort of the same thing, but in a one meter high glass tube. Convenient stuff.
