If they're in .fsh format, they'd just go directly in the sgsm folder.

Those can be imported using FshX. You'll need to extract the .fsh file from the jersey's .viv file (found in the uniforms folder), place it in the sgsm folder, open it with FshX and then import the .bmp file. Save, close FshX, re-load the game and it should be updated. The .viv and .fsh files you'll be working with are XXXXhome and XXXXaway (where XXXX is the four letter team abbreviation).

That's because it's just an update of the uniform texture. The numbers haven't been done yet.

You'd need to actually create them. I can't help you there, I'm not a jersey patcher. As zetrocojra317 mentioned this isn't a full jersey update, numbers and all, it's just the uniform texture.

You have to manually create 00 to 99 numbers, then import them one by one. After that you have to adjust the number alignment by using hex editor. It's easy to do a jersey the numbers are the real hard work.
