In TUP10 v3 rosters his plyrkpg is GRVAZQU but in portrait file GRVASQU. I changed his plyrkpg in rosters, and this works

Yah i understand, but i've been searching photos of him for 20 mins already yet i cant find. where can i find hq pic of him? idea?
and even my rookie portraits are artificial, most of them were wearing formal wear(neckties etc.)
