December 7:Chicago Bulls( 15-2) @ Detroit Piston (9-9)
Chicago Comes Up short;Loses by 3 in a late thriller
Rip Celebrating his killing shot, which gave Detroit the win
The Chicago Bulls were unlucky as they lost in the final second by the Pistons 113-110.In a heartbreaking match, were the teams were close in the most of it,the Detroit Pistons managed to achieve a great victory, over the East leaders,Chicago Bulls.
In the last quarter,Pistons took a 10 point lead 100-90 with 3 minutes remaining. But with the huge effort by Rose and Noah and the 4/8 free throws by the Pistons in the following 2 minutes,Bulls tied the game 110-110,with 13 seconds remaining. But despite the shadow of the OT being near, those 13 seconds were more than enough for the Pistons.
Stuckey got the ball ,but couldn't find anyone open,he passed to Prince, who tried the penetration but got blocked,in a desperation time he passed out to Hamilton, who, unfortunately for the Bulls, hit a Huge 3 pointer, with 0.9 remaining and with Hughues hand all over in front of his face.
Derrick Rose, tried after the timeout the desperation shoot from the half court but he couln't score.
Pistons got the big win and the push they need for a streak.
Bulls were on a bad night, and that is clear by the fact that this is the first game this season, without a double-double by a Bull.Pistons on the other hand had 4 players with more than 20 points and Hamilton ,scoring 11 of his 25 points at the 4th quarter,in a terrific night
