How to change the referee's face?

Hey guys,
i've tried to change the referee's cyberface. I built a directory called xcommon. In that directory aother one. I've called it referee and ref_tex, but both times it didn't work. Do you know what to do?

You don't need to create a subdirectory inside the xcommon directory in this case because unlike the player cyberfaces the referee texture is not stored in its own little VIV file inside the xcommon.viv file. Place your ref_tex.fsh file inside the \NBA Live 2003\render\xcommon\ directory and it should work.
