Score tied at 108-108. Aldridge rebound. Time-out Thunder. 6.2 seconds left. Get it to Durant.
They had total control of rebounding. Aldridge seems to have lost his touch lately (or his height?).
Thu Jul 22, 2010 7:43 pm
Good stuff! Love the gamewinner, shame the crowd reactions still leave a little to be desired in NBA Live 10 as they should have gone ballistic. At least the players reacted to it.
Thu Jul 22, 2010 8:00 pm
That's true, but they did at least do the 'beat LA' chant at one point.
It was quite a strange game. I was leading by 19 half way through the third quarter. Second time I've almost thrown away a lead against them.
Thu Jul 22, 2010 8:04 pm
It's those referees...
Fri Jul 23, 2010 2:00 am
Nice gamewinner.

To emphasize
Andrew's point, the crowd goes wild when the home team makes a three to take the lead or to tie the game, so why don't they go ballistic when a game-winner is made? In my dynasty I usually blow big leads, like
Andrew said, it's the referees.
Fri Jul 23, 2010 6:42 am
Wow, the Lakers are struggling. Great win.

Close call. Funny that the crowd was more excited for an opponent missing a gamewinner than Durant hitting the one against the Lakers, still some fine tuning required with the reaction AI.
Sat Jul 24, 2010 1:59 am
Another close win! Two in a row actually! This is a record right?

Ah well, at least they went down swinging with some good performances by Rose, Deng and Noah.
Mon Jul 26, 2010 5:49 pm
Chicago played at the same level as Phoenix. They'll definitely be a force in the Eastern playoffs.

(I think they're 3rd atm)

If you were shooting poorly in that one, Detroit's field goal percentage must have been atrocious.
Tue Jul 27, 2010 12:05 pm
Luckily for me my defense was still strong, so they didn't manage to get a sizeable lead. I think I was shooting 23% in the first quarter.

19 games to go. 5 more wins to tie my 20 game winning streak.
Tue Jul 27, 2010 12:06 pm
Win all 19 and you set a new NBA record.

Aldridge also had 7 blocks. That's why he was POTG.

The run continues. Not an impressive game on the boards for Aldridge but he certainly made up for it with those seven blocks.
Wed Jul 28, 2010 2:48 am
I think I would uhh.... kill myself if the Thunder blew out every team in the NBA like this in real life.
Wed Jul 28, 2010 9:31 am
They might not blow everyone out, but I'd pick them to have another fine season this year.
