Amazing score. Miller, Jamison and Jefferson combined for 128 points. Amazing.

Wow  . Really high scores. In Live 10, I barely pass the hundreds for on OT.

Wild shootout, nice work picking up the win. I too would be interested in seeing the boxscores for this one.

Thanks. Ideally Mo Williams should be a bigger offensive threat...of course, that's an issue the real Cavs have faced at times. Still weird to see Nash score 62 points, though it's certainly not unheard of in NBA Live.

God yes, he's my least favorite player to go up against.

Scores were pretty realistic up until OT, 40+ points in total, that makes it 20 points per OT period. :?

It is because of our poor defense that let Nash pass by scores just like he's playing in World Cup. :(

One question, can I sign free agents through DB Commander? :)

Not really, not without causing a crash at some point. If I can work out a crash free method I'll be sure to post a tutorial. (You should be able to make changes to other team's rosters, but make a backup first whenever you're messing around with the databases).

4 Game Recap (Sim) + Notable Signings

Image

Four road trips, three wins, two impressive players, 1 happy head. The Cavs had some great games as they beat Golden State Warriors (111-93), Sacramento Kings (124-113) and L.A. Clippers (95-81) but then cut short when they met D-Will and Memo at Salt Lake City (109-114).Antawn Jamison is the main man in all four games as he contributed a total of 149 pts. and 17 Rebs while Anthony Parker is doing a great job as a six-man with 78 pts. and 11 assits.Head Coach Byron Scott is very happy on how the team's performance at the early weeks of the season."Everyone is doing a great job, there's no main hero and side kicks. Everyone made an impact and we'll continue what had we started.", Byron Scott told the media in a post interview after their game against the Clips. Their next game will be on Denver as they face Melo and the Nuggets.

Howard is going to Portland while Iverson will help the Kings

Two big signings were made this afternoon as two veterans will go to their new homes. Allen Iverson returns to NBA and signs with the Sacramento Kings to join Tyreke Evans and other young players while Josh Howard decided to join Brandon Roy, Greg Oden and Lamarcus Aldridge at Portland. After losing Travis Outlaw and Marcus Webster, they signed an experienced player in Josh Howard to fill in the Small Forward spot. On the other hand, looks like the Kings are looking for a mentor on Tyreke Evans and they got Allen Iverson, a well experienced Point Guard that could really benefit not only at Evans but the whole team.

RJ hits the one hand jam and gave Nene a foul

Denver shuts down Cav's on going momentum

The Cavs had an impressive week until they taste a bittersweet defeat when they visited Colorado, 84-117 thanks to Chauncey Billups strong defense and Carmelo Anthony's inside offenses. Since the first half, the Nuggets able to get a strong start as they give a lead of 10 points. The first half also gave Ty Lawson to show off and challenged Richard Jefferson and Mike Miller while RJ and Anthony Parker showed some early impressions in the game. The second half turned out to be total mess for the Cavs, lots of missed shots from the team while open shots where made on the other side, including a long three point shot from Billups. "Man, we're totally exhausted right now. we've been visiting city after city that let our performance dry out.", Mike Miller said when he was asked about the situation. Coach Byron Scott also told the media that the team still needs lot of improvement in both performance and the stability of their roster.

I just played that game when I arrived from work, lol.... Billups and Lawson is a total beast in that game. I am planning of trading Jamison for Okafor to get a strong center. What do you think?

Cavs returns home with a win

Postby lefisto on Sat Jul 24, 2010 1:49 am

Cavaliers goes back to Ohio and beats a Vince-less Magic

Image

Jamario Moon just proved the Cavs has a strong bench after contributing 13 points in a game against the Magics

The Cavaliers returns to their home state to face Orlando Magics without Vince Carter on their side. This gave the Cavs an advantage for victory with a final score of 115 - 97. Mike Miller scores 25 points while Mo Williams did 20 points and 5 assists and Richard Jefferson, 8 assits. The bench made an impressive work with Hickson getting 4 Rebs and Moon 13 points while Redick tries to fill in Vince's spot for tonight and earns him 22 points. Byron Scott is again one happy camper with the outcome of the game. The Cavs are having so much "heat" with a 6-3 LW record.

Fine win, at 6-3 you're not off to a bad start. The real Cavs might not be so lucky.

Aw! My game crashed after using DB Commander. I am still new with using that and I forgot to make a back-up. I may restart the my game and maybe add some free agents in the team and update every team, then try to get back where I have left it, facing the Jazz.

Hi guys, glad the game crashed in the start of my dynasty that I have returned it back easily.

The Cavaliers adds Kwame Brown and Jannero Pargo in their rebuilding team

The Cleveland Cavaliers have announced this afternoon the signing of the 2000 first draft pick Kwame Brown and former Bulls point guard Jannero Pargo. After losing their hopes at getting the deal between the Emeka Okafor - Antawn Jamison trade. They just decided to sign a strong center that could shoulder Anderson Varejao when he needs some rest in Kwame Brown. Brown is happy to be a part of a team which is restarting back from scratch. Meanwhile, many have thought that the addition of Jannero Pargo is a good decision for Cleveland. Byron Scott is happy with Anthony Parker's new role as Mo William's substitute but at any looks of it, Parker isn't fitted to be a point guard. After losing Daniel Gibson and Delonte West, Pargo could give a big help with Mike Miller and Mo.

Kenyon Martin returns back to his roots, to New Jersey
In other news, New Jersey had just made a welcome back party on Kenyon Martin who has been drafted by the latter team at 2000. Kenyon will help Devin Harris and Brooke Lopez bring the team up from the ground after their infamous performance last season.

Kwame Brown isn't a bust in Live, let's hope he's not a bust here either. I think Pargo can be really good off the bench, giving Mo Williams some breathing time.
