ok so in a class right now i have 4 take home tests that make up my grade. Which is fine, i usually do ok on those thanks to google. The first one was cinch

My teacher lost the disc that had her tests on it. So last week she said "give me a week to find it, we'll count the next one twice." Ok Fine whatever.

We get to this week, she hands us the 25 question test thats going to count twice and we take it home.

To find out the cunt gave us a test out of a completely different textbook talking about shit we didnt cover. Did I mention some of the questions reference specific things in the book like "sample box plots" and terminology no one but this text uses? this renders google and bing useless in the quest for answers.

The book costs over 100 bucks and is not available at the library for my school or locally.

If you're going to teach ,dont be such a lazy cunt about tests. If you lose your disc, write 25 questions on shit we've actually covered rather than just pulling it out of some other text book that has nothing to do with what we've talked about.

She's giving us 10 omits (as in 10 we get free passes on) but we cant just miss 10, we have to pick which 10 we want to not count.

Some assholic teachers always seem to love doing those shits. Dunno what their problem is, whether it's laziness or retardness. Been in situation couple of times myself and the best possible way was to raise the issue with your teacher first then hoping for the luck and generosity in her markings. Though, those kind of stuffs are the shits that bring your grades down, it seems to be inevitable with some sadistic teacher fucks.

yeah, my classmates and i chatted today. If she grades this thing on anything but completion she's getting dean reported. Dont think it'll do anything but its worth a shot.

I consider myself a pretty intelligent guy, and this test i think was designed by the robot devil himself. I guessed on all of them, figure i have a 25% chance then omitted 10 of them i truly just shot in the dark on.

No, report it to the dean no matter what. This isn't a situation where the dean will automatically side with an instructor, especially if she's not a professor. If she's done things like this before it might hurt her a lot, but if it's reported and she winds up failing all of you for her fuck-up even just on this test, the dean may overrule or vacate the grades. (Making it into a pass/fail for everyone is what would most likely happen, so no affect on GPA.)
