Great win against the best star tandem since Shaq-Kobe, if not Jordan-Pippen. Your better free throw shooting was huge.

Fine win. Shame Noah was hampered by foul trouble but he didn't do too badly in limited minutes.

Things look to be going well for your team now. I think i'll return the favor of adding pressure on you to get k mart and steph their first ring. :D

Lamrock - a wicked tandem for sure in Wade/Durant though not the greatest supporting cast, for now anyway;

Andrew - Noah's been a box o' chocolates lately, never know what i'm gonna get;

dare - thx man, the "Giles Files"-type scouting is something i wanted to try for a while now so glad you like 'em;

megarover - hard to say if controlling the glass was the deciding factor but it was definitely a major one;

Thierry - double-double, can't ask for more considering he's 2nd youngest on my roster next to the rookie Dvorak;

Ax - A RING!? this is the Warriors we're talkin' about, remember? :lol: let's start with getting to the post-season for now, then maybe we'll start talkin' rings ;)

TheDee, kapei22 - thx guys; i enjoy snapping the screens so glad you like 'em

ran into some weird glitch while assigning my Scout to scope future players and was getting a recurring crash (game exits to Windows, no error message, nadda) as a result in the next game; luckily i had backed up a few times and i was able to use a different save which works fine (even simulated to end of season just to test but didn't save results); anyway, ducked a bullet but it's all good - Multi-backups FTW! Well, I'm not expecting a ring this EXACT season, maybe in a couple seasons. And yes, I know this is the Warriors, but just aim to get as far as you can in the playoffs this season, and then in the seasons to come Curry and K-Mart should take a bite at a ring. :wink:

Ax - "but just aim to get as far as you can in the playoffs this season," there you go assuming we've already made the playoffs :P j/k

but for sure, the W's will definitely take it as far as they can go; appreciate the vote of confidence though ;)

Martti - 'should' is the operative word... only their supporting cast needs work (outside of Green that is); they need a real center for starters

TEAM PREVIEW

Off-Season Moves

2011 Draft Pick (2nd Round pick released)

Current Record: 8-2

Breakdown

Chris Paul is the catalyst of the New Orleans Hornets which now boasts one of the league's toughest defenses with the addition of top free agent, Tayshaun Prince, during the off-season.

Prince shifts into the small forward position, moving veteran Peja Stojakovic to the 6th man position to give the Hornets a lethal scorer off the bench playing alongside defender, James Posey.

So far the Hornets off-season moves have paid off with a promising 8-2 record, second best in the league.

The Hornets also drafted 21-year-old 7'1" 280 lbs center Akim N'diaye from Temple, nephew of former NBA center Mamadou N'diaye. While a physical presence in the paint, N'diaye is a work-in-progress for New Orleans and not expected to see much playing time behind Emeka Okafor and Cesar Noble, barring major injuries.

Monster games by Curry, first he goes for 8 and 21, then he goes for 9 and 26! His passing game is superb, great pickup by getting Noah, he's really chipping in offensively and with the rebounds, maybe we'll see either Stephen Curry or Joahkim Noah as allstars? Curry should definitely be in the rookie game.
