I WILL make draft class with CFs, if someone collects the draftees and uploads them in 1 folder.. I don't have time to collect Walls, Turners and Cousins all over the forums right now.. I'm in the middle of exams.. So if someone can just find those players, upload them and I will use them to make draft class with CFs.. Okay?

I will begin to do that later on today Kova, I'll gather the CF from the NCAA patch. If certain players are missing I'll throw in someone that resembles them.

In txt file you can find all players IDs, I use mock draft to see what 1st rounders missed, so we most need these players:
Al-Farouq Aminu, Luke Babbitt, Paul George, Hassan Whiteside, Solomon Alabi, James Anderson, Larry Sanders, Elliot Williams, Kevin Seraphin,
Dominique Jones, Willie Warren, Terrico White and others.

Expect draft class to be released at latest on June 20th.. That's still 4 days before draft.. I'm gonna try to do it sooner, but I have final exams on my college so I won't push anything..

Nope, there won't be portraits.. Don't know how to do that, maybe it's not even possible.. Just cyberfaces..

It is possible, for example to change 90 all stars portraits and cf in cdf base and game folder, but there are no good portraits for rookies now.

Portraits and CF are connected, so there is no way to sigh another portrait to CF. But we could change some other players portraits and CF, that now retired, but still in game, for rookies CF. I can do that, but in Russia 20$ is quite big sum of money, and my family have to pay credit for car, so now I can't allow myself made patches.

No-no, I'm talking about "how to link a portrait to a CF", so we are able to make all the CFs assigned with portraits.

You'd think that the portrait would be included in the players .iff, I mean to me that makes the most sense. Then again 2k only had 6 skin tones, they do things weirdly.

Yeah, I suppose, inside png's there is a link to the portrait; or maybe inside portrait .cdf file there are links to png's.

Yeah, going back to roster format: staff was certainly projected by some other developer team, than the other things, as it has a clear format, and taking a look on a player or jersey record, you can see up to 5 parameters stored within the same byte. Economing a bit memory instead of boosting speed and making the format more understandable - What a weird thing in the modern IT world, I should say...

Hehe, you guys are now making it too easy.. If there would be just as simple thing as linking between .iff files and portraits, then most of the patchers would be out of the job here.. 2k ain't too smart to make that happen for us..

But if you change Portr_CF_ID, both CF and portarit are changed, although this is just one value, stored in the roster. So, they are linked somehow. The question is: how and where?

the rotations were mostly alright, I changed like 5,6 players.. I don't know why couldn't you do that yourself.
