I won't pretend to speak for KidJustin and George7, but I can tell you from personal experience that pestering people about releasing their work does not make it come any quicker. They've already outlined their plans for the release based on their free time and the amount of effort they want to put into TUP 10. Badgering them isn't helpful.

Guys Ive DLed the TUP 10 and i saw that you have solved one of my prob..

here it is:


the team name doesn't appear when we get fouled or the opponent turns the ball.. The 1st SS should have : out of bounds Japan's ballbut it doesnt show..

This is the TUP SS:


It says: Air force team's ball.. What do i need to edit to have this effect?

actually some teams in TUP show up and some don't...i can't really figure out exactly what it is, ive looked all around the teams.dbf but couldnt see anything that would effect it...

KidJustin,same here dude.Maybe it has something to do w/ loc XP.. I would like to try it but i don't know how and where to start. Anyways TY for your reply.. I hope we can figure this out soon..

BTW i don't know what errors have been reported but here's what i've seen..
1. players w/o CFs mostly in custom teams
2. Arena causing game to crash> jumpman, nike, prbably almost most custom too
3. Uniforms w/ description like: Beijing away etc etc..

Yep we DLed the TUP10 but i think i saw KidJustin said that the links are for beta..
I also noticed the 90s team to be x2 and there is a blank team w/ 99 rating (no players,no logo no everything )

the loading templates are wickedly cool..

look at the loading screens, there's tup 10. remove it

we are not removing the TUP10 from the loading screen...that is something we wanted to add this year because we didnt have it last year...so that's that

(plus theres no reason to remove it really...unless ur plan is to steal it as ur own and removing the TUP10 will make it generic...)

yea i think that about the loc too...but its too complicated to edit that...i guess its a minor thing that we can skip over in TUP (for urs its important thought...which is why right wen i figure out something ill let u kno and help u out)

as far as the errors...#1 and #2 are due to large file sizes for better quality...its a crash that occurs sometimes and will be put in the disclaimer....although less might occur in the re-release than the Beta

as for #3 we did that instead of the year....basically all teams had a certain year...most the current year....but those NT teams have cities based on where they had the olympics at the time they worry it...hence USA has Atlanta, Barcelona, Japan, and Beijing...orginal NT has Japan and Beijing...while the rest are only Beijing. i used to have a version that had the year of the olympics...but as a community it shifted to the City name only...so we left it at that and its not a bug

(by the way...i hope u dont get offended but if u help us out....ur SS mods and other anime can't be included in TUP10...we already had a debate about anime and come to the decision that we are going to keep it to real basketball players...so nothing against ur work, just wont fit...so no hard feelings)

Either we have 2 different teams of 99 AS or it is duplicated by fault
(i can't check it cause cause i'm on my laptop without NBA LIVE installed currently,it's freshly formatted)

Hehe we don't have plans of putting anime' chars in TUP mode too..we want it real not IMBA.. It so happen that we came across the SD MOD patch and were amazed (BIG FANS).. It's the only patch we know until we saw this forum (>.<)

My bro is kinda good w/ codes he makes my work bug-free and crash-free.. I'd like to learn how to change head shapes, make uniforms and accesories, create new courts.. Hayz... still got a long long way though :/

we have 2 90's all-star teams...

it was carried over from Andrew's roster because there are just too many good players in the 90's to limit it to 12-15 players

...the same debate happened for the 00's all-star but we only have 1 for now...(logos are fixed for this team by the way)
