Every Laker played as hard as Kobe plays every game. Each and every one of them was scrappy, physical and came to win. So did Nash though. Some of the shots he made, simply a-ma-zing.

I freaked out when Artest took that three and just shook my head, I wasnt as upset I should've been but boy did I spend a good 5 minutes jumping up and down when he made that last shot. My neighbours could not have been happy with the barrage of foul language that came out of my mouth after that shot.

During the course of the season I really got on Derek Fisher, his inability to stay with the younger guards really bothered me during the regular season but in the post-season the man has been nothing short of fuckin' A awesome. The man is a true champion and I couldn't be happier he resigned with LA after being let go by Utah. (Which again to the Utah organization, much respect.)

This was easily the best game of the playoffs for me. It was physical (!!, I loved it!!), it was fast paced and it had some hard nose defense and great battles for rebounds and loose balls. This is what basketball should look like, not some of the touchy feely shit we get to see now days. The refs let the guys in the paint really play, I loved it. I think this was the most enjoyable game I watched all season. I was entertained throughout.

A special mention to Sasha Vujacic for actually working his ass of in that game, usually he just tries to annoy a player in to something but he actually hustled this game, going after that ball in to the crowds...taht just shows he's really eager to play. I love it when guys play like that.

After an absence of two games Lamar Odom showed up to play again. He better not disappear in Phoenix. Even Gasol played hard nosed basketball instead of his finesse game which he usually plays. (Not a knock, his finesse game wins games for LA.)

About Andrew Bynum: You don't give up on a 22 year old legitimate 7 footer with a whole lot of talent. I know Gasol and Bosh is being discussed, but if it were up to me...I wouldn't trade Bynum. Probably stupid on my part since Bosh is fuckin awesome and all...but I believe Andrew Bynum still has a lot left in him. He's been unfortunate but I don't want him heading to Toronto and becoming awesome. Nah, he's a true center and Gasol and Bosh aren't. They are awesome, no doubt, but as a Laker fan and a fan of legitimate 7 footers, I just can't give up on Bynum just yet.

Let's wrap this shit up in Phoenix. :D :D :D

Jackal I think your the no.1 fan of the Lakers :D next is Sit then probably me.

Your right we should end this one on Phoenix although they played poorly on defense in Phoenix, I hope the Suns bench mobs doesn't kill them. I think it's better to play Vujacic more time because he can hit those open 3s.

Can you read? I was talking about the Lakers not the Suns. Late in this series we all know that the Suns players can shoot, damn

Phoenix better fucking win tomorrow. I'll be out of town this weekend, and it would be heartbreaking to go 14/15 on series threads. (I also hate the Lakers)

Seeing last 3 games of this series, the Suns are still very much in the series. Seems like both are great at home, so I can sense game 7 coming. Turning out to be a great series after all, unlike ECF.

What's wrong with the eastern conference finals? If this ends tomorrow, I'd suggest the east was the better series barring another thriller.

Well... Magic being down 0-3 and them fighting out of a deep hole wasn't that much of a great series to my standard. Sure there were scary moments like Davis's concussion and Perkins's double technicals, but those were also the moments I really hate seeing. On the other hand, the Suns impressed me very much while the Magic didn't.

The ECF turned out alright with the only overtime of the Playoffs so far and the Magic threatening a comeback for a moment there, but the WCF has been fairly competitive since the Suns won Game 3 and had a bit more suspense once things got tied up at two games apiece. I've slightly preferred the WCF this year for that reason, but both have turned out much better than I thought they would last week.

I may be a lil biased but I do think the WCF was a lot more exciting than ECF. Don't look too closely at the scores but look at all the different storylines and the series as a whole, I think the WCF has offered a lot more.

The two teams were tied at 2 games apiece and a massive Game 5 effort from both sides. Games 1 and 2 were blowouts but they were sorta entertaining - if you're a Lakers fan that is. Game 3 was a bit of a shocker for LA but the Suns showed what they had. Game 4 was close to an extent, Phoenix ran away in the final quarter to tie the series. And we all know how Game 5 went down.

WCF was more exciting than the East... but then again, I may be a lil biased.

Can't wait for Game 6 tommorrow. Gotta close it out in Phoenix!

Honestly Sit, I hate the Lakers, but I still think the WCF was more exciting due to the fact that almost every game in the ECF was a blowout.

The WCF is the superior series. The scores and tension have run a lot higher, and there is all the history between the two teams. Not to mention that legendary game 5...

Hate to say it, but Kobe is having a fantastic series as well.

Now I think about it, I also want to see PHX's offense vs BOS's defense. PHX's offense just amazes me. How easy they make it look even against great teams. Meanwhile, BOS's defense also amazed me. The teams they suffocated are teams with quality, the best season teams in CLE and ORL and amazingly hot and sexy HEAT. This could be amazing series if it ever happens, just about as good as epic LAL and BOS series.

Except for game one, game two, game four, and game six. Three of the five WCF games so far have been blowouts. The ECF has the only overtime game so far this year.

Further, Boston running right over the only undefeated team in the playoffs including winning the first two games on the road (by less than five points each), followed by Orlando taking out a thriller in game four to stay alive, then sending a clear message that they weren't rolling over in game five and making everyone think that this could be the first team to come back from down 0-3...

What does the WCF have? Five games, five home wins, three blowouts. What sort of dramatic storyline is that?

The final scores haven't always reflected just how competitive the games have been. The ECF featured throw blowouts as well, plus Game 1 was only salvaged by an improbable run that ultimately fell short.

Meanwhile, Game 6 is turning out to be a high scoring affair so far.

Suns are starting to dig themselves a hole while those threes are still dropping for the Lakers. Still up for grabs but I can't shake the feeling that the series ends here.

For me, I would say that in every game, you have a sense that either team were capacle of winning the ball game. Most of the games, bar game one, werent decided until the final quarter. i'm fairly sure about that. That's why its been an exciting series.

The teams winning at home, three blowouts, and no ot periods is fairly irrelevant because this series has been competitive!

Artest is shooting well. Good to see him fire!

I suppose you can't count the Suns out after what they did in LA in Game 5, but they seem poised to disappear meekly into the night right now.
