just one file live.fsh set to TNT logo is enough

anyways all transitions are TNT because that is how it really is when u watch it on TV (TUP10 is similar to a TNT Mod actually)

i think each team still needs a .fsh though...not sure why exactly but i think there will be crashes without them....someone can research and correct me on that.

Teah KJ.. Really it's been a while since I saw a nice mod like this. I just tried playing with the quick games, the sounds are also more realistic, like the ball bouncing on the rim, as well as when a player dunks, but the player details really did impress me..

So on the season issue, r u trying to say I should wait hang tight and wait for the re-release, if so no problems.

Please note that's a bumped thread; the latest available version is from March 1st. There will be a new one out at some point, I can't say when though.

However, you should be able to use it with TUP 10. Just download the roster only version so you don't overwrite any of the art and take the teamgear.dbf file from the TUP 10 roster folder. However, any crashes that are caused by the TUP 10 beta art or intros will still occur with the NLSC rosters.

KJ, Andrew, George: I can use TUP10 Roster, shoes & misc~creaicns~' files without crash?

I mean, the current Beta problem are with arts and intro files only?

Only the intros as far as I'm aware, KidJustin and George7 can give you a more precise answer than that since they're the ones working on it. I just wanted to add the disclaimer that any problems related to the beta that don't have anything to do with the roster files will be present no matter which roster you use (in this case, the NLSC roster).

Is the re-release of TUP10 possible after or before the NBA finals? And one last thing, about the download of the other patch in Rayfile I have the Ray source downloaded already how can I use that tool to download the other patch?

as far as cross using patches. im not sure what will crash/not crash

as far as crashing, there is no direct pin point on what exactly is the cause...using part of the MOD can still cause crashes because the database looks for certain art files (art meaning jerseys, CF, stadiums) if it doesnt find it...crash

also the arts (menus) are outdated...not prone to crashes

look closely there are differences
cav's outlined in yellow not gold
warriors is old school/new school mix
the ball in the clippers logo is the other way, the C is bigger and Los Angeles is different, blue is different
magic has a different wordmark
jazz is old school
bobcats were mainly using the side view logo
suns wont use the square looking logo anymore
kings is just diff shades of their color

the TUP patchers as a group decided to stick with a TNT theme, n the TNT theme has the same logo...in reality its not transparent...its logo on black background...but that made gameplay hard to see.

so as a group we would have to come to an agreement on that (team trans vs. TNT trans)

@KJ : I just have found the way to enable team logo transition
replace TUP's xtrans.viv with the original xtrans.viv
may be cmntrans.fsh, too
because cmntrans.fsh i took from another patch not TUP

Whenever I am in a game, I press esc and go into substitutions and even if i dont press anything ( sub players ) and I press back, the game crashed.

Previously when i installed the first TUP10, it doesnt seem to have this problem. But i forgot what did i do to it and caused this problem. Any Help?

currently trying to figure out the problem with videos causing crashes at the end

currently working on finishing shoes

roster done...however i still need to make a "dynasty/season safe" version
arts done
music done
gameplay done
almost everything else done

intro crashes will have to stay because it comes down to different situations and large file sizes....some large file sizes are necesssary to make the gameplay look good
so this will be something we have to live with

an arena for the 00's all-stars is needed
and i'm thinking of updating the logos of the teams for next season...but i was hoping to get help from vhan on creating 3d logos...we'll see how that goes

I wish I could help, I'll do some research about the video. Have you ever think that maybe the video's length can affect the game, maybe there is a limit to the videos as well as the intros.

i think its the overlays~score.big is the problem i change it to the default file. then i didnot expience crashes, i test it i bring back the TNT Scor overlays then i crash....
its the problem... i download Double LC's old TNT Scoreboard. i dont have crash too.....

dare, sorry can't release only the arts....actually, the new "re-release" will be TUP10 all over again...u will need a fresh install...u cant override the Beta so thats why i cant be separate

zetrocojra317, default = TUP09? that's wierd cuz it should be the same file...we didn't change that file between TUP09 and TUP10. but i'll look into it..thanks

however Double LC's old scoreboard..wont be used since its not the current TNT layout also some of the overlays that go with it are not part of TUP10
