I think you must have all the pictures edited, each part of the original file must show the changes or... (i think so)

I also have this problem, but i know it can't be fixed before we get the new version of EAGE... So... Just have to wait... :?

well, I used eage and when I try to edit the blet.fsh it tells me some junk about a 'global pallette' and 'all information will be lost' or whatever. and then when I go ahead with it, the game crashes when I try to play with that uniform.

Just use nfshtool to pack it to a .fsh-file.
It can be found at:

I got the same problem when creating new uniforms. I extracted NBA uniforms with EAGE and nfshtool, and edited those 0000-X.bmp files.

(Are those files the same textures and only different in size? I copied and pasted just from the biggest one and reduced their size.)

i have same problem like you mj....

i used nfshtool to unpack and pack...

well maybe this experience will help...

i tried extracting the original ny away jersey then pack it with nfshtool without scrutinizing any of the bmp's and other files...same problem comes out the names on the back are fuzzy and when u zoom in it looks ok. sometimes it looks ok in the pregame screen where u choose jersey but when you play it looks crap.
