Another great, down-to-the-wire victory with a gamewinning basket. This is shaping up to be a great Dynasty with some exciting games.

Good move on undoing the trades, the way the flawed trade logic is coming into play in this go around is just ridiculous (and one of the reasons I'm leaning towards 06 for my new Dynasty). I like your "in-universe" explanation as well.

Thanks, I figured I'd give some kind of explanation to try and keep my Dynasty somewhat realistic.

I traded back most of the players, but Ginobili is injured. So I have to wait for him to recover before trading him and Parker back to the Spurs.

Oklahoma City Thunder [28-6] vs Minnesota Timberwolves [9-28]

Thunder hold off T-Wolves for fourth straight win



In a meeting between teams who have almost opposite records, the Thunder were expected to win this one comfortably.
And they came out as expected and quickly opened up a handy lead. They lead by 10 after the first quarter, 36-26.
It turned out to be a decisive lead as the rest of the game was very even. They lead stayed around 10 points the whole game.
Oklahoma City eventually ran out 108-98 winners and cemented their place at the top of the Western Conference standings.
In an impressive performance, the Thunder's three top scorers this season each had over 30 points Durant 34, Gay 33 and Green 31.
Next up for the Thunder is a double header in Dallas against the Mavericks.

Oklahoma City Thunder [29-6] vs Dallas Mavericks [23-17]

Thunder take first game of Dallas double header



The Thunder travelled to Texas to play the first of two straight games in Dallas against the Mavericks tonight, looking to win their fifth straight win.
Signs were good early for the Thunder. Kevin Durant in particular was scoring freely in the first quarter. He got his team out to a 35-24 lead at the first break.
As expected though, the Mavericks came back strong in the second with the help of their home crowd and had the game tied at 57-57 at the half.
The game became more tense in the third as both teams realised it wasn't going to be an easy win for either of them. Thunder had a 85-82 lead after three.
In the fourth the lead changed countless times. The decisive moment was when Rudy Gay stole the ball off Jason Terry with the scores at 101-100.
He took it all the way to the hoop to give the Thunder a vital 3 point break in the last two minutes. Which would be the final margin. Thunder won 107-104.
Kevin Durant continued his great recent form with 35 points. He combined with Gay and Green for another 89 points, after the 98 they had against Minnesota.

Oklahoma City Thunder [30-6] vs Dallas Mavericks [23-18]

Thunder pull off amazing comeback win in Dallas



It was the second game of a double header in Dallas for the Thunder, and they were looking to win again.
After the loss two nights ago, Dallas came out determined to make amends. They started strongly and lead 29-25 after one.
More of the same in the second. Dallas were playing much better and with help from their bench, lead 60-52 at the half.
With three minutes left in the third, the game looked over as Dallas lead by 13 points, 78-65. Oklahoma City had no answers.
But a monster 16-0 run for the Thunder had them leading 81-78 going into the fourth quarter. Kevin Durant lead the charge.
Just like the last game, the lead changed several times in the fourth. This time however, the Thunder pulled away and won 112-101.
The Thunder's offensive weapons of Durant, Gay and Green lead the way again with a combined 90 points. All 3 are averaging over 23 ppg.

Damn, Lebron and West for Deron was nice. I think it''s good you re-did the deals. Perhaps Melo for Granger and Foster was the most sensible, but nowhere near close to consider doable.

Thanks guys. I was willing to let the Melo-Granger trade go because Granger was in MVP form and Melo wasn't going too well, but then Kobe got traded which was crap. Then LeBron got traded and I decided I had to undo them.

I didn't really put much thought into which picture of Stern to use. I basically chose that one because he looked like he was talking serious business

I really thought I was going to lose that game. In the Kings game I was down by 15 after the first quarter and I had 3 quarters to overhaul their lead, but in this game I only had 3 minutes of the third quarter and the last quarter to do it. I didn't expect to do it in 3 minutes though

Oklahoma City Thunder [31-6] vs New Orleans Hornets [17-25]

Thunder beat Hornets comfortably for seventh straight



Coming off two massive games in Dallas against the Mavericks in the last week, the Thunder travelled to New Orleans looking for an easier game.
They got off to a decent start and quickly got out to a 7 point lead by the end of the first quarter. Kevin Durant had 14 points at the first break.
The second was a tighter affair as both teams showed their defensive qualities. But the Thunder still managed to increase their lead to 9 by the half, 53-44.
In the third Kevin Durant and Chris Paul seemed to be having a shoot-out. The Thunder bench also contributed and the Thunder lead 84-70 with one to play.
The Hornets attempted to mount a comeback in the fourth, but the closest they got was within 4 points. Thunder won 106-97.
Kevin Durant lead the Thunder with 46 points. The rest of the scoring was shared evenly, with no one scoring more than 14 points.
