Creed13: That'll be due to loose jersey files for the All-Stars in the sgsm folder. Delete any files with asneaway and asnwhome in their name and it should be fine.

bro look at your sgsm and look for asneaway.fsh, asnwhome.fsh,asnehome.fsh,asnwhome.fsh. If you found them, just delete it and the problem will be fix..

wood texture in this pictures is from old court because i done this screen when i try to combine with court files..but when i copy all new files, from new update, situation is the same

It's definitely an issue with stadium files...Some of them are not made for Live 2005 I think, and that could be the cause of this problem...
