Whenever you want to give or remove a headband from a player in Live 2003 or 2004, you have to edit the dbf:s with a DBF editor.

Well, not anymore. With a little help from this utility, which SHOULD be very easy to use, you can manage headbands much easily. All you need is to read the instructions and CDBFlite, which you can dload instantly from http://nteams.nbalive.org download-section.

I'll convert this to NBA Live 2004 as soon as I learn more about Live 2004 headband colors.

This is a utility based on CDBFlite usage, which I have experimented during my time without a internet connection. I've explained more here.

But i don't know how to use it.
i put both file into live 2004 folder and my document live folder, it still doesnt work
