Yeah thats understandable, the point I was just trying to make is that you shouldn't be put off if people aren't posting. The reason I do dynasties is because I enjoy posting about how my season goes, people following/posting does I admitt make it more enjoyable, but I understand that if there aren't many posts during periods it doesn't mean people aren't following. I guess the main thing is to only keep posting it if your enjoying doing so :)

I don't like to follow dynasties if I know they are only going to last 10-20 games. I mean, what's the point of that? Just because you are *only* getting a slightly above average amount of replies doesn't mean you should start a new one. Keep this going, people will realize that its worth following and you'll be kicking my ass again.

I know you have the flu (which really sucks), but I gotta lay down some tough love. If you retire this because of "lack of replies", then you have lost one of your biggest followers for good.

You have your story rolling for 15 months, Sit. :P

I don't know what I'll do yet. I was starting to lose interest in this one anyway...

Might start a new one and if it fails I'm taking a retirement for some time

The remaining teams you haven't done yet? :P

Wow, you're really retiring this. I don't see what the point of even making dynasties with no intention of playing more than 10-20 games with them, but that's just me. Why don't you just control all of them, or better yet, all 30? The all-team dynasty!

If you start a Lakers dynasty, you retire because they are too good.
If you start a Celtics dynasty, you retire because they are too good.
If you start a Bulls dynasty, you retire because Andrew doesn't think their fun to use.
If you start a Pacers dynasty, you retire because the Pacers aren't very likable or interesting.
If you start a Grizzlies dynasty, you retire because the jerseys are too ugly.
If you start a Heat dynasty, you retire because you've already failed with them.
If you start a Sixers dynasty, you retire because you can't get rid of Brand's contract.
If you start a Suns dynasty, you retire because they can't defend.
If you start a Kings dynasty, you retire because Tyreke is the only interesting thing about the squad, and he isn't very interesting.
If you start a Jazz dynasty, you retire because of all the insults (Jizz, mor(m)ons, etc.), and their ugly jerseys.
If you start a Rockets dynasty, you'll find some way to fuck it up, either by having Yao and T-Mac in the lineup, or losing interest.

I lost interest... I also tried to make it really quick and failed with the long recaps... I want to keep it simple with other team... it's Pacers or Kings, or a redemption with Miami...

I think I'm going with Sac-Town. Never played with them.

I'm starting tomorrow, flu still killing me. So I hope it gets more followers, because I won't be getting a winning record.

Ill follow the Kings, win Evans ROY. Although maybe SIm the first season, but making roster moves as you see fit, then start recaps from the 2010-11 season. But I agree with you, you should do short style recaps so you can get through the season faster (Y)

You're doing this for the wrong reasons. I'm a supporter of you and yours, but I really gonna criticize you now because it's kind of annoying to see a new dynasty every 3 weeks.

- you do such a lot of stuff, no one really reads or is interested in. Like the radio cast thing or the how many games the Grizzlies won against the Blazers in the last 5 years while wearing red socks instead of black. Honestly, I do not read that stuff, because I don't have the time and it does not entertain me.
And that's bad, because it is a lot of work. Why just not mention it in way smaller previews and don't overload us. A little stat here and there is very impressive, a flood of stats is boring.

- you just lack of swagger. And why do you? Because you start a dynasty every four weeks at least and they feel like they are all the same. The graphics are hot, but the rest just seems like it's the same every time. It does not feel like something special anymore.

- you seem to post these dynasties to get many replies. Okay, but how to get many replies if there is nothing to reply to. No plans on who you would like to draft. Which player you like most. You would definitely deserve replies for the graphics and stuff, but that is not all.
You should want to post your stuff because you want to talk about it, because you want to share opinions etc.
I mean how often do I debate with the X or Lamrock about this player and that player etc.
But you just post recap after recap and in a way I am just missing your passion for the game.

So, I know this was not the nicest post ever. BUT don't feel insulted and see it as constructive criticism. Don't feel bad about me

I'm still a supporter and follower.
