MadbaLL, 1) no, only courts that needs me. 2) no, (if you aleady have the US executable). 3) If you decompress 2K's file you'll notice that the file's size will be in it's original size(larger, coz it's already "decompressed") but will not affect the fps.

2) i have european version of nba 2k10. so will you release all the courts that need to be updated like they are in american version of the game (toronto, charlotte, new orleans, philadephia...) so we don't need to install those american courts? what does .exe have to do with that?
3) so you say your courts will have bigger size but it won't hurt FPS? i'm not sure about that, because bigger size means more RAM used and it has effect on FPS.
