When uninstalling Previous rosters.........

Is it best to uninstall them from the game or go to where they are installed
and delete the folders? ex. delete folders 000, 001, 002 from my doc/nba
live 2004/saves

You can just save over them (or delete them). There's no uninstall feature included with the roster patch; it doesn't matter how you get rid of the save files.

However, you might want to restore the default salary.ini file. Simply copy it from your NBA Live 2004 CD.

Andrew, are you sure you can save over them? Does it overwrite the previous install? I ask because I've had problems installing these rosters in the past. I would like to stay updated though. Also did you add more free agents to the pool? Like Zendon Hamilton of Sixers and Ronald Dupree Bulls? Thx again for your time.

Yes, you can just overwrite the files with a new version of the roster patch, or a saved file of your choice. There shouldn't be any errors.
