Good win. Sometimes it has to be the go-to-guy, that's were the name comes from. Steve Blake gettin ejected. Steve Blake is one of the whitest players in the league imho, from his face to his playing style. He's so soft, I don't see him clotheslining anybody, but maybe you get more out of him. Or do you want to trade him?

He really got angry with Conley Just to spice the association a little. I did include him in some trade attempts, but I don't know.

I'm sure Bayless will step up like Rudy did against the Spurs. In fact, neither Conley or Blake did anything huge to justify a suspension by the league... there's no 2k10 feature... I just got like 4 fouls with Blake in the first quarter so I thought of something to spice the association a little, the Twitter halftime update and the Sportscenter pic. Now let's see if I can keep the streak going without him! Roy's a monster.

The Golden State Warriors General Manager Larry Riley announced today that the Warriors have acquired guard Kirk Hinrich and center Joakim Noah from the Chicago Bulls in exchange for swingman Corey Maggette, forward/center Ronny Turiaf and a 2011 2nd round pick.

Playing in his seventh NBA season, Hinrich owns career averages of 13.6 points, 5.9 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.30 steals per game. This season the 6-foot-3, 190-pound point guard from Kansas is averaging 10.1 points, 6.7 assists (a career-high), and 2.1 rebounds per game while shooting 50 percent overall (27-54 FG). Hinrich enjoyed one of his best seasons in 2006-07, when he averaged 6.3 assists and a career-best 16.6 points. Throughout his NBA career, he has played in 440 regular season games. In 29 playoff games, Hinrich started 22, and has averaged 15.8 points, 6.1 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game. Hinrich was selected by the Bulls in the first round (7th overall) in the 2003 NBA Draft after a four-year career at the University of Kansas, where he finished his career averaging 12.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists.

Noah averaged 6.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 154 games in the last two seasons with the Bulls. In 7 games this season, Noah is averaging 3.0 points, but 9.1 rebounds per game while shooting 36.3 percent overall (4-11 FG) and 76.4 percent from the free throw line (13-17 FT). The 9th overall selection in the 2007 NBA Draft, Noah played 3 years in college, first with the Poly Prep Country Day School (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and then The Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, N.J.), averaging 10.6 points and 6.2 rebounds in that 3-year span.

A 11-year NBA veteran, Maggette has averaged 14.9 points and 4.6 rebounds in 640 games (383 starts) with three NBA teams: Orlando (1999-2000), Los Angeles Clippers (2000-2008) and Golden State (2008-2009). During this 6 games with the Warriors, Maggette averaged 17.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. The bad part is that he has advanced to the postseason only 1 time, with the Clippers in 2005-06, averaging 15.3 points and 7.3 rebounds in 12 playoff games. Maggette was originally drafted by the Seattle Supersonics after his freshman season at University of Duke with the 12th overall pick of the 1999 NBA Draft, but was traded shortly thereafter to the Orlando Magic, as a part of the deal which sent Horace Grant to Seattle. Maggette then signed with the Clippers the following season. After eight seasons with the Clippers, Maggette opted out of the final year of his contract (6/30/08) and signed with the Warriors as a free agent (7/10/08).

Turiaf, who was selected in the second round of the 2005 NBA Draft with the Lakers 37th pick overall, played all four years of his school collegiate at Gonzaga and was named West Coast Conference Player of the Year his senior season while also earning Honorable Mention All-American honors. The 6-10 forward averaged 15.9 points and 9.5 rebounds as a senior and ranks fourth all-time on Gonzaga’s all-time scoring (1,723 points) and rebound (859) lists. He also ranks second in career blocks (179) and finished his collegiate career as Gonzaga’s all-time leader in free throws made (643). On July 10, 2008, the Warriors signed Turiaf to an offer sheet as he was a restricted free agent. Turiaf had career averages of 5.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.13 blocks and 15.6 minutes in 173 regular-season games with the Lakers. On July 19, the Lakers declined their right, under terms of the NBA's collective bargaining agreement, to match the Warriors' offer for him.

Portland Trail Blazers guard Steve Blake and Memphis Grizzlies guard Michael Conley and coach Lionel Hollins have each been suspended one game without pay, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President Basketball Operations. Blake’s and Conley’s suspensions are a result of fighting and each throwing a punch in the second period of the Blazers 116-94 win over the Grizzlies at FedEx Forum in Memphis, on Nov. 10. The suspensions will be served for the next regular season game that each player is available to play; Blake on the Blazers visit to the Target Center today, against the Minnesota Timberwolves; and Conley will miss the Grizzlies' match at the Toyota Center against the Houston Rockets at Texas tonight.

I have to say, I like Ronny T pretty much. I almost had a deal for him completed with my cats, but then the goddam Warriors sent Jax to Charlotte in real life. Ruined my plan to go for Ronny T.
I liked him in the last FIBA Euro. He is showing more scoring on Europe level because his strenght advantage is higher. Still, the Bulls give away to guys I would say could play on an Championship team, even as starters. I definitely could imagine the Celtics having Hinrich and Noah instead of Rondo and Perkins and they would also compete for the Championship. Just as an example.
