Lightning Strike wrote:That's an amazing amount of free throws, you forced Orlando to give up 23 fouls, that's crazy... Oh, and I've decided that you have to stop shooting with Parker, his FG percentages have been terrible, and that 1-7 3pt this match isn't any better! I also like how when Lai steps up, the team wins, what a trooper.![]()
Great game, nice to see you clawing back, it's what I like to see.

Sit is gonna be better.
I hope I play for New York.

2010 Playoffs Finals Preview
Hornets - Magic
As Predicted, the CP3-led Hornets got past the Houston Rockets in 6 games and now are playing in their first ever NBA Finals in franchise history. On the Eastern Conference however, the Rose-led Bulls were a bigger problem then expected, and put up a pretty good fight; But the Dwight-Jameer combo was too tough, as Orlando finished the Bulls in 6 games to achieve back to back Conference titles as well as a return trip to the finals. Dwight and co will now look for redemption as they face off against the Hornets for the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
ESPN Prediction: Magic in 7

NBA Says Good bye to 4 Hall of Famers
06/21/10
Phil Jackson, George Karl, Larry Brown, and Shaquille O'Neal. They all have 3 things in common.
1. They are living legends in the world of basketball
2. They are future/current Hall of Famers
3. Sadly, they have all announced their retirement from the NBA
Almost at the same time, the 4 legendary coaches/player hosted individual press conferences to announce their retirement. O'Neal's one is not a surprise as he had announced it before the season ended, however, the retirement of the three hall of fame/future hall of fame coaches are of a big surprise to many, and they will be sorely missed by their respective teams and the rest of the league.
Phil Jackson - Won 10 NBA Championships as a coach, more then anybody in NBA history. He had been chasing ring number 11 this season, but the Lakers were cut down in the second round by the eventual champion Chris Paul and the New Orleans Hornets. A master of the triangle offense, many are hoping for him to take on pupils so his legacy could continue.
George Karl - He took the Sonics to the NBA Finals back in 1996, and over a 22 year coaching career, he had numerous division titles and only missed the playoffs 3 times. The Rockets are his 6th team in the league, and he took them to the Western Conference Finals this season before losing to the eventual champion New Orleans Hornets. He's not a HOF yet, but certainly has the potential and resume to be there.
Larry Brown - The only coach to win a NCAA title, ABA title, as well as a NBA title. Larry Brown is one of the most reverted coaches in NBA history. The Hall of Famer has coached on 9 different teams, the most recent being the Charlotte Bobcats - which he took to the playoffs for the first time in franchise history this season, and managed to take the Chicago Bulls to the 7th game before faltering. Brown has over 1000 career coaching wins over his 29 years of coaching.
Aside from these hall of famers, Grant Hill (who could be placed under consideration for HOF enshrinement) of the Phoenix Suns as well as Chucky Atkins of the Toronto Raptors have also announced retirement. Hill is a 37 year old, 16 year veteran while the 35 year old Atkins had a solid 11 year career.
