NBA 2K10 PC BUGS AND GLITCHES THREAD

Hold on to that save just in case a patch fixes it.

I also had that problem all i did was to delete my association file and play again

hey guys i have a problem on "my player"..i just finished my first season,my team is cavs and won the finals and when i entered my 2nd season, i cant continue..when i click play game, the game closes..and also i checked my schedule,it was all empty..

any ideas with this problem guys??..

Same here my friend... Unfortunately we have to wait for a fix.

I have problem. No INTENTIONAL fouls. In menu is -ON.

Well ... "Rumours" say PC version will not be out for a couple of months at least. Maybe early 2010. XBOX is out tomorrow. And they're waiting SONY's ok for PS3.

Omg im gunna be so pissed if the pc patch isnt out soon, im so sick of everyone catering to consoles first and foremost. I cant even continue my game, crashes, my player non continuence, horrible bugs all around and yet we have no answer its basically here ya go, now screw off....next year is severely unacceptable....seriously

wow...many people are here having the same problem as me...

they did fix the my player clone bug on the patch, but... here it goes, youd have to start all over again. the patch doesnt delete the clone on your beloved existing players.
this game is officially nba too fail 10.

problem in "myplayer" mode...
the game is always crashing after loading my savegame while playing with low player graphic settings...
with normal player graphic settings it works, but for me and my PC it's not playable...
is there any chance or it is just impossible to play myplayer mode with low settings?

Has this sh.it happened to you before ? Duncan's point counted but I dont see him scoring =P

i just have a little glitch where the logo for the western conference finals seen on the court is the eastern conference finals logo when you play in the west playoffs can anyone fix that?

Today I encountered a huge glitch. When i go to quick game and enter the game it wont tip off. Referees are standing around, players are sitting on the bench, the camera is going around the arena...........everything is happening except the tipoff. This never happened before, im playing 2k10 for over 25 days now. What causes this? And what could be the solution?
I deleted the config.cfg file like someone said earlier but the problem is still there

I have this problem, but i found that if I turn player settings to low the last name would
appear but the player looks like s***, as might as well keep my jersey glitch (this happens with all the players on every team)

also i have vsync on (tried it off to), high textures quality (also tried with medium and low)
anyone knows how to solve this?????????

My problem is in my player mode. my player reached in the championship and we won the championship then after that, there was a option what team would i like to go to in offseason then I selected a team, suddenly my 2k10 go out in the desktop and it was gone.. I enter my 2k10 again then i load my player mode then i selected play next game and it won't play, it will just go to the home page of my player...

Can anybody help me with this.???? plllsssss.... i cant enjoy my player mode because of this problem..

I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but I'm playing an Association (PS3 post patch) and downloaded a draft class from 2k share (it was the highest rated and most downloaded so I assume it's reliable). It was for this upcoming draft, the 2010 class... Anyway I got it, and when I go to scout prospects every player's age is the year they were born! e.g it says that John Wall is 1990 years old instead of 19! .. WTF!!

I'm having a problem. I use a Logitech controller. The game works fine with the controller. However, in the My Player mode, when I want to do the skills challenge with my player, the controller doesn't work in that mode. Yet, the controller works in the scrimmage, summer schedule, and shootaround.

How do I get the controller to work for the skills challenge? I need to try to collect points so I can improve my player's attributes.

Do you use the controller to start the drill or you navigate the menu with the mouse/keyboard? Maybe this is a user profile issue.

Umm, I don't remember, sometimes I use either or. I usually use the mouse to navigate the menus. I'll try starting the drill with the controller to see what happens. I'll also check out my profile and report back.

Thanks pdub, your suggestion worked. Now I got another problem. Because I had problems in the skills before, I would leave the challenge w/o doing anything. Now I can't get back into those skills challenges, probably b/c I burned them. How can I get back in them? It's greyed out.

The Drills? It's a bug in the game. You are supposed to get 10 every month. The Trainer made by binba1028 can give you 10 drills again. I used it and it worked. You can find it in the Patch releases section. Start 2K10, load your my player save. ALT+TAB back to the desktop and open the trainer. Bottom right there is an option for drills called "no reduce" or something. Click it and then go back into the game. On your my player home page it should show that you have 10 drills left. Go back to the desktop and close the trainer. Next month in the season, run the trainer again to get 10 drills again.

I don't think it was a bug. I think I used them up. If you start a drill and even if you don't finish it, it counts. I finished the summer league and went to training camp and the drills was open again.

Oh. I thought you weren't getting extra drills, but yeah if you quit a drill, it still takes one away from your remaining drills.

I have a major problem with my NBA 2k10. When i play a quick game i can only play with the point guard like in a MY PLAYER MODE GAME!!
What can i do?? Please help me!

Yeah that's a stupid glitch, but easily fixed, all you have to do is pause the game go to options --> My controller --> controller settings --> and it says preferred position at the top, change that to "None" and you should be fine.
