Wholeheartily agree with the poster above me.
I've won many games on-line using a variety of defenses. You'll usually spot a player who likes to *run'n'gun* because he always tends to use his 'superstar' player on each and every play.
I played a guy last night who used C-Web all the friggin' time. Inbound to C-Web..pass to C-Web..fast break with C-Web..freestyle with C-Web...dunk with C-Web...etc....
After the first quarter, I started to play defense. I used the following to contain him.
-Full Court Press: He couldn't inbound to CWeb anymore.
-Double Team: When he did find CWeb, I contained him. Left him no choice but to pass it. If he did try to freestyle his way out of a double team, it either ended up in a charge or a steal.
-Zone: I used this play to slow their tempo down.
-Man-to-man: I mainly used this play if *non-superstar* players have the ball.
Needless to say, he ended up using Peja for most of his points. Trying to shoot up threes and whatnots. I ended up winning by quite a large margin.
