NBA 2k10 dunk problem

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a problem here on NBA 2k10 or not or it has something to do with setting/ratings and stuffs but
when I'm playing a quick game, every time i want to dunk especially when i drive to the hoop and their is no defender,
the player I'm using example Kobe, Garnett, Lebron won't.... or if i steel the ball then goes to a fast break and I'm all alone(100% open, no defenders near me) it just wont dunk it in,
instead it just lay it in or sometimes stops then shoot the ball...It is so rare that my player dunks the ball when I'm playing a quick game... I just don't get it....
Also in practice mode in NBA 2k10 when im driving to the hoop my players dunks it(but not all the time but atleast most likely to)...


It is so different in my NBA 2k9 where my players dunks the ball especially when im about 100% open

So if anyone can help me or someone is having the same problem as mine pls help me...

Not sure if this is helpfull, but for me it's move > turbo > shoot > dunk.
And if you press Turbo > move > shoot it will be a layup.

I have no idea if what I'm about to say is right, but...

When I've done dunks, the bars/meter next to my player were lit up.
I think you just have to hold turbo for a certain amount of time to light them up.

alright i see what you mean but during practice mode i can still do some dunks even though the meter/bar besides
my player are just half full.

But during an ingame match(quick game) even thought the meter/bar of my player is almost full
especially when i doing a fast break and im 100% open, my player still doesn't dunk(it does rarely, i mean really really really rare.)

Do you hold down turbo and hold square when you reach the key? (or equivalent to square on xbox or pc)????

Yes I do...

dont worry now, i solved the problem....
i just reinstall everything and also deleted the the save games and save setting...
for some unknown reasons its working fine now........
