Online Servers Status Thread (1/15 Working)

right now i am able to connect for a few minutes and then it kicks me out, its not my internet connection, i was playing a my player pickup game and was having a good game (4pts/2rbs/2ast/1blk) and at the end of the 1st quarter it kicks me out

Can we only play PC players? We can't play against Xbox 360 users right?

I registered and connected for the first time last night, it was showing that 377 people or so were online but it was not displaying any name or anything. I guess it's still messed up for now.

Still not working for me.

i was able to register and login. i have played NBA Today and was able to download Living Rosters. I was also able to play a ranked match (just once out of luck) with a player named 'alex' something. We were able to finish the 1st Quarter, the score was 15-11. Then when 2nd Q came, I jumped into an 8 pt lead. Then suddenly we were disconnected. I did not know what the reason was, but i guess it's either my ISP or 2k's server or my playmate quitted. btw, I play as the lakers (fave team) and him as the nuggets.

Looks like you can start to make yourself available again to play custom/unranked matches again. Anyone care to confirm before I get home for the day?

well, from what I've found is you can join the lobby, but it is pretty much random on how you get in.

I was going back and forth from "Invite Friends" in Blacktop mode to going into the lobby through NBA Today and Quick Game.

Got in a total of 3 times. First time through Blacktop mode, and then I got in going through NBA Today. Then I just kept exiting and reentering and eventually got back in from the NBA today menu again.

Just remember that once you back out of it, you aren't guaranteed to get back in. And yes, everyone I saw in there had full red bars for shitty ping.

jao, so lobbies are working sometimes? from all of my attempts, none were successful. smh

btw, i played online ranked match last night. the fps has improved into 35fps, though sometimes it goes down to 20. and sometimes the game disconects?

no idea, I havent been able to connect to a ranked game yet, but I've only let the search go for 1 minute before cancelling it

It says, that no servers are on-line now. Do everybody have the same?

about the online server status, I started my game awhile a go but it says 2k servers are unavailable at the moment. did you guys also have the same notification???

edit: me too vlad. maybe they turned it off?

i had this error this morning too

how about now jao? i hope they are fixing it. then once it worked, we'll have fixed servers. sigh

it's been down for me like this before, dont fret over it too much

2k has never had really good luck with their online services for any of their games, so lets just sit back and wait for them to come back online

Plz anybody tell me how to connect NBA Today with the game.
When I tried to connect it says "user name you entered does not exist"
Why is that?

And I have registered in the 2K web site.
