2k10 forum section?

Well yeah, but majority of people on this forum are pc users looking for mods so whichever game is on pc should be a preference..
Without people there is no forum..

There is no 2k9 section either. it's just a general NBA 2K series section. The game has been out for a year, too.

My early speculation is that not all mods will be compatible, if any. They rescaled the players and changed the way the face animates. Since many are unique, they would be in each player's IFF file. Although, it's possible that they didn't update every single player's facial animations, and they would still contain the data from 2k9, I'm assuming, which would make 2K9 patches compatible.

I don't think it would be hard at all to convert 2K9 patches, though. Basically just import 2K9 textures into 2K10, if it can be that simple.

So you want a site with NBA Live on it's name to have more NBA 2K sections than NBA Live. They didn't even need to give 2K it's own section in the first place.

No matter how is it called they want as many people on forums as they can..
If they didnt have 2K section some other site would and its only a matter of time when live 08 people will upgrade their pc..
And there is no way in hell that someone who can run 2k would still be playing live08.. Even live06 is better but people want their sigshots..
Believe me..I have went trough all live games but they are gone for greater good..

and that is your personal opinion, I, and many others, still play the Live PC games even though they are outdated now on this platform.

There are other sites with 2K sections. This is still an NBA Live site despite which game is on the PC or which is more popular. Unless they change the site to become a general basketball gaming site, NBA Live will still come first even if there are more 2k players (myself included).

Uh...me and Jao actually play 2K. I don't really care about Live. Our point was just, despite whatever's on the PC or which game is more popular, this is still an NBA Live site. Hence, more NBA Live stuff. Your main concern was just getting 2K10 patches more organized and they will have that section when the game's out and we get patches. No one was arguing whether 2K10 will be getting it's own section (especially the patches as previously mentioned by Jao) since it eventually get it. We were just giving an explanation as to why there is a Live 10 section and no 2K10 section yet and that being this is a Live site which gives Live more priority.

Actually as far as I'm aware there are no plans to make a 2K10 section of any description.

Meh. I guess I was wrong about that. I just gathered from Jao's first post. Either way, I was just posting as to why Live gets more stuff than 2K here.
