a story which began for me with your NBA live Patches,
so Thank you guy for the time you spend to make us so much fun playing
the developers really sucks to never take the time made to definitive version (this critic is overall about EA style)
this post to make a comment on a point never discuss there:
trade during Association mode in Association mode, I use to play with fantasy rosters,
the other team very rarely trade between them some players during the season because of their budget limits exceed
It's very hard to trade at last in fact because all teams are exceeding their limits, and you need to make trade which had exactly the same money value...even if you reach to have it the trade rarely interesting for you (worst players for ex).
Don't know the best way to reach a solution: adjust salaries of each teams (very fastidious), adjust budgets allowed to each teams (don't know how to do), reaching to move the financial trade terms
second question
is about contracts
in the offseason, because of the budget limit your are always in a bad condition to resign your FA, most of the time you lost your original team. Nevertheless, I think this part of the game is really unclear
About the RR8.5 sliders you had made, I use to play with them so much time without a win that I had decided not to use them anymore
they are very very hard!
so I play in Pro mode
I quote some games situation very frustrating about computer style of play
too much Alley Hoop (it's not rare 10 in a match... even if I quote I can avort them easier than before)
too much fast break plays: in attack you loose the ball fo any reason (missed shoot, lost ball...) the computer is going to fast break often 10 times in continue and it's quite impossible to stop!
about your play settings, I really like the "weight" of defensive players, acccording to me it's very realistic... but it's very hard to block shoots, as it's very hard to catch offensive rebounds (I try to move and adjust it but without any significative effects)
The defense sometimes quite unsuccessful between good shooters (Ray Allen, Ben Gordon, fuckin' Steve Nash), the shoot go throught players
to swiss the basket... I live the same situation with some impossible passes...
There's some strange free throw shooters quite impossible to succeed (for example with Rasheed Wallace, I must be bad for sure, but with 19% on 25 match...)
please don't take those comments for a bad critic, I know you make a great job to allowed a new life for NBA 2K9, I wish this could open some comments from other player too.
I can't wait to play with the rookies you prepare!
