I am looking forward to see this.

I wonder if he will cuss Howard there?
Tue Jul 21, 2009 8:12 am
damn. everybody is getting a reality show.
Tue Jul 21, 2009 10:21 am
I can't say I'm all that excited, but then when it comes to pop culture there's nothing I despise quite as much as reality TV.
Tue Jul 21, 2009 11:08 am
yea but shaq's got a huge personality and watching him box, even if it's with headgear on, should be entertaining
Tue Jul 21, 2009 11:36 am
Granted, but I just can't bring myself to watch reality TV. Oh well, they probably won't even show it here anyway.

Shaq will have to try so hard to be on his best behaviour.

I don't think it's going to be that fun to watch since Shaq wont do things the way he naturally do it, he wont act naturally and he wont truly be himself. We wont get to see the "real" Shaq. Maybe that's just me but whenever you know you're on TV, the way you think and do things changes accordingly because you will want to make a good impression. Maybe not with Shaq though.

Wed Jul 22, 2009 8:36 pm
It should be fun to watch.

SHAQ gets own reality show...

Thu Jul 23, 2009 1:26 am
what is shaq gonna do on RAW
Thu Jul 23, 2009 1:49 am

Shaq now is a better entertainer than a basketball player. This show I expect it to be a success regardless of critics.

Guest host. The WWE is trying to raise their ratings through the summer by bringing in celebrities to "host" RAW each week.
Wed Jul 29, 2009 7:36 am
Shaq called Chris Jericho Christina and crowd kept chanting Christina for awhile. Hilarious. It was like days when Shaq called Sacramento Kings, Queens and Erick Dempier, Erica.
It could have been better if Shaq showed some more physical stuff, but I guess he wants to be risk free of any kind of injury since Lebron is his new teammate.
This was in Washington, and crowd booed when Shaq teased fans saying that his new teammate Lebron said hello to Washington. Awesome.

To think Big Show used to be billed as 7'4". A bit hard to do that after seeing him next to Shaq.
Wed Jul 29, 2009 1:21 pm
Its fun to watch with Shaq but I always thought the WWE was stupid. I like how the comentators pretend likes any of it is real. Although I do know some people who actually think it is real.

It's just one form of entertainment just like Movie is. You know movie isn't real, but people still watch it. WWE provides such dramas as well. I am not a fan of it anymore since the Rock isn't in it no more, but I do understand why people get into it. Nonetheless, those wrestlers are one heck of athletes and performers. Some always will be entertained by those stuff.

Well, yeah. It's part of the show.
Seems a lot of the ESPN anchors/analysts have panned Shaq's WWE appearance. A bit high and mighty for a network that broadcasts hot dog eating contests, scrabble championships, spelling bees and tractor pulling.

Shaq should have went Kazaam on Show's ass.
Mon Aug 17, 2009 6:57 pm
Shaq needs to retire already, his heart's not in the game anymore
Mon Aug 17, 2009 7:23 pm
He will end his career in LA. Or in Cleveland. Risk of getting career ending injury is quite high for him. Old knees already.

I don't know about that, he enjoyed a bit of a renaissance with the Suns last year. He might not be quite as driven as he was ten years ago but if last year was Shaq phoning it in, it likely won't prevent him from being an asset to the Cavs.

oh yeah, shaq's gonna wrestle the big show in a 3-hour special in raw.
source: forgot

the whole raw is gonna focus on that match. gonna be fun to watch.
random note:
why are the best matches and hype always on raw?
