How to keep 99 overal players, 99 overall?

So i created a player that is 99 in everything, and that was only 19. After 3 years his rating started to decrease.

How can you keep them at 99 overall? Does training help during the season? Is there any editing tool that works?

Let me know. Im kinda curious.

Make sure his DESTINY attribute is set to 1. It's not often a young player will decrease like that but with a DESTINY of 1 he shouldn't decline until his early 30s.

I have never seen that rating before on the PC version..how can i edit that? And can i edit that during a dynasty?

It's a hidden attribute in players.dbf which you can edit with DB Commander. You can certainly edit that during a Dynasty, but a good rule of thumb is to always make a backup before you start tinkering in the databases of a Dynasty save.

Would putting it to 0 mess the player up?

No, though I don't think there's any benefit to giving a player 0 instead of 1.
