The Letting Off Steam Thread

Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

It's not fun, you certainly get a bit of cabin fever. With some of the computer jobs I've done this week though, I wouldn't mind a bit more time sitting around doing nothing (or more likely, spending a bit more time on the new roster updates to get them out quicker).

But I could use the money. Having time to sit around and stare out the window is good, but having too much of that is really useless.

And you Andrew, have too much NLSC in your brain. You certainly could do with some more time to sit around doing nothing.

For what it's worth, I think what we've going in NBA Talk is far better than the Yahoo! NBA comments/message board. Pretty much all "lakers rule!!!!l1!!! lol ur just a h8r u suck haha we r champs ur lozers!!111" and the occasional misguided "NBA sucks, can't believe it's still around. Hockey is so much better!" trolls.

Oh! A bit geeky subjects. Image

I am a graduate of Information Technology course but I never had an interest to those subjects (VB and Java). I only excel on basic HTML programming. What a shame for me. Image

You don't call a programmer a geek. Not all programmers are geeks. :-?
